Zerorez isn t really carpet cleaning. More like a refresh. It s not $129 either for 3 rooms and a hallway. It s $144 ($15 service fee). That doesn t include pretreatment of any stains or closets in the bedroom. So it would have been $254 to include 2 closets and a set of stairs. Not sure if I d use them again.

Brian did a fabulous job. He used corner guards to protect furniture and decor. He took his time and removed stains that have been there through several cleanings! I highly recommend Brian for your tough jobs! He was very professional and delivered the results that he promised!

I had my air ducts cleaned. Under every air vent was millions of white particles. I have a 6 month old and all his stuff was covered. We spent over 3 hours cleaning everything after they left. Sad part is, they told me they would clean it but didn't. Would NOT recommend. Also never saw after photos and the kid would not let me see what I was signing off on.

Zero Rez guys arrived 30 minutes early on this Saturday afternoon. They made sure all of us were on the same page as to what tasks they were to do. They did a thorough job cleaning smoke from 2 club chairs and a recliner. Then cleaned carpet on stairs and upstairs landing. They took 2 Oriental rugs out to an outside company to have smoke smell removed. Those rugs will be back in 10 business days. Great job, Chris and Bryan!

Had badly stained light beige large living room carpet, stained bright pink bedroom carpet and medium gray office carpet, all plush. Stains were pet, spills and plaster mud. Technician Jonathan Stark was very kind, obviously knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I am totally happy with the service and the results. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The technician arrived at the top of the time window given. He was courteous and explained the recommended treatment for my carpets - one room needed extra treatment as our new dog had left his mark so to speak. Tony came and did a great job cleaning our carpets. I was quite surprised when he said the pet charge was $90 per room or $40 per spot! He only charged us half that, but I wish they had put their pet fees clearly on the website. It just says it will be extra. Didn t think it would double or triple the price!

Walter was the best technician. He gave me some helpful tips on how to keep the carpet clean and products to use. My carpet is sooo clean, and like new again. My house also smelled amazing afterwards. I'm very happy with my service.

Carlos was an AMAZING service tech! He was extremely thorough and gave me tips and insight into keeping our carpets cleaner longer. He paid attention to each and every detail - I highly recommend Zerorez and Carlos! Will definitely request him when my carpets need cleaning again!

This is the 5th or 6th time I have used ZR and while I have always been satisfied (mostly) I always got the feeling that if it did not come clean in a few passes it would take some coaxing to get it cleaned without an extra charge. In this case, there were some areas that were not clean and I honestly did not want the hassle. I cleaned them myself after paying $205 (they came clean). I do not blame the tech but the company's cookie cutter approach that focuses more on process vs a spotless carpet.

Had zerorez come out and clean our carpets and couldn't be happier. Every interaction from scheduling the appointment to the actual cleaning was professional and courteous. If you want to get your carpets cleaned the right way, by the right people you should give zerorez a call.

I was pleased with the methods used to clean the air ducts, as well as the before and after photos approach. The after photos of the ducts showed as newly installed ducts! The concrobium used to clean the ducts is found in standard mold killer products.

Today was my first experience with Zerorez Anthony was very prompt!! Anthony greeted me with a beautiful smile and handshake . Being raised in the South in Florida we meet and greet everyone that is willing with handshake. He explained every detail of the cleaning process and when I was about to end the list at the end He suggested a fiber and stain protection spray and We went back inside to allow him to perform additional product He stated it s way better than Scotchguard! He also let me know about the 30-day agreement to have carpets redone if not satisfied which I can t imagine at this point making that call. Shame on us! We've never had our carpet cleaned, of course it hasn't had a lot of traffic, no kids or dogs. We needed it cleaned and heard good things about zerorez from trusted sources, so we called. We are so pleased. We thought it was a little dingy, but wow, the difference is exciting! Our carpet almost looks new again, and in all but a couple of high traffic wear areas, it does look new again. We have berber so have always worried about cleaning methods. Zerorez took care of it. On time and quickly and helpful... Ryan was a great technician!! Thanks Zerorez!
