What an awful building. Besides the obvious appeal of the loft style apartments this place is an absolute mess. Elevators never work, hot water always turned off, power outages, rodent infestations, and terrible building management just to list a few things. . HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Can t wait til the lease ends to get out.

Beautiful loft apartments with boutique hotel amenities. Excellent access to public transportation- PATH, NJTransit,, Buses, bike path, shopping, restaurants and park. 5 min PATH ride to West Village/15 min to WTC. Safe neighborhood. Love it!

Great apartment building with awesome residents. Has a fantastic view of Hoboken and Manhattan, as well as very close to the Holland tunnel and the subway

Elevators have constant issues, noisy neighbors, frequent water shutoffs, and now unreliable air conditioning. Steer clear of this building at all costs...
