I was employed through Crowdstaffing - Zenith Talent Corporation in 2018 Nov and the recruiting and hiring process was smooth and people are very helpful and responsive. I got matched with Google and a great team with good package. I also had medical insurance through them. they also offer great 401k plans. Highly recommended for contract roles.
I've worked with a variety of contracting companies over the years and most of them have been somewhere between mediocre and terrible. Crowdstaffing has been the best of the bunch. They are responsive, helpful, and their payroll system is easy to use. The only issues I ever ran into were them being slow with processing reimbursement requests but that has been the case with all of the companies I've worked with. All in all, I would recommend.
I've worked for CrowdStaffing for almost 2 years now as a contractor for Google and it was an amazing experience. This was my first ever contracting role so I didn't really know what to expect before I started. Everyone I spoke to at Zenith Talent was very helpful and described any process in detail over email or the phone.
They also assisted me in getting a raise after 1-year of employment, helped me with sick day approvals (only one day in 2 years), and made sure I always filled out the time card with their weekly reminders.
Crowdstaffing was wonderful and I hope to work with them again in the future and next time my goal is to get converted to a full-time role at the company I am actually working at. That's everyones goal though and the competition at these tech companies are steep.
If you need help finding a role in the Bay area, I definitely recommend talking to Zenith and making sure they have your resume on file.

I was emailed for a position that I was interested in. When I call the recruiter back, by the name of Shine. She was unprepared to assist me, started requesting another resume b e emailed to her. I explained to her that I've been approached by several recruiters that were very prepared and informative about the position. While explaining to Shine that I felt she was taking up my time, I also asked to speak to her supervisor and Shine said no and hung up on me. I may be unemployed and looking for a job, but to have a recruiter be rude and refuse to let me talk to a supervisor and then hung up on me, isn't professional in anyway. As much as I wanted to submit to this position, I will not use this company for any type of further assistance.
My experience with Crowdstaffing has been wonderful from start to finish! When I applied for a temp position with them at Google, I was contacted immediately. The recruiter was very helpful and encouraging all through the interview process. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Once hired, the account coordinator was with me every step of the way! I have temped before at another well known agency and that wasn't a great experience. The only reason I'm leaving is because I've accepted a FT position with Google. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to change careers (like me!) or need to find a trustworthy company to work with to find a role in your career field.
They reached out to me about an opportunity working at a tech company and has taken good care of me since then! Pretty standard for a contracting company as far as benefits but they are responsive when I reach out and regularly check in to see how my project is going.

My experience with Crowdstaffing has been AMAZING!!!! If I need help with anything with HR will help you weather its calling them or by email they respond fast . The insurance is amazing and affordable. And they email you just to make sure everything is good. The staff is friendly and amazing and easy to talk to.
