Previously would have rated this app 5 stars, but since selecting key locations such as the UK to be made for PREMIUM ONLY user, the app is virtually useless to me. I was considering getting premium anyway, but one questions whether it is even worth paying for an upgraded service when the company has to remove key functionality from the existing free app. Make the premium better not the existing worse.

Best VPN solution I have used so far. Never had any complaints during my stay in China (over 5 months, this is HUGE if you know what I mean). I recommend it!

Never Use Zenmate when using your personal sites. I recently got hacked on my facebook accout when i oppened it, while zenmate was active. I used IP of US in zenmate to acces some blocked sites, but when checking my location on facebook security settings(under settings) it was actually at lahore(pakistan). fb was sending friend requests to unknown users from my account, i noticed it when i got notification from fb. SO PLEASE BE CAREFULL.

Tried for a month and loved it. Upgraded to annual premium account, and payment taken twice. I have not had a reply to any of my messages since 29th September, despite Zenmate reply is that a human will get back to you in 5 days. I have kept all the emails. This is not over.

Fraud Company. They do not have a support Email or Phone number.
I am no longer using their service but forgot to cancel the billing agreement, and they charged for renewal. Filed Paypal claim and they did not refund!! Stay away from this company. They want to keep each $ they can get!!

Unfortunately not as secure as I thought. I was browsing with the Zenmate Plugin for Mozilla, till I realized that an IP checker was still able to allocate the place I was browsing from. Moreover, if I tried to set my location to "Germany", but received Turkish search results on Google. Hope they get better soon as the core idea was good!
For now, I am using Hotspot Shield...
