I am significantly dissatisfied and disappointed by the lack of care that your team has with regard to ensuring timely payments. Considering that your website states “Why Zelis? A lot of companies are talking about transforming the business of healthcare, but we’re taking action.” Unfortunately, your action is ensuring that our staff are not paid for the work they do for the insurance companies who choose to use your company. Not only did we not receive the payment of $18,459 for payments in October of 2023 until January of 2024, but now our EHR states that we should have received, for Providence: 2/1/2024 - $114.14, 2/5/2024 - $219.04, 2/5/2024 - $579.62, 2/5/2024 - $674.84, and 2/5/2024 - $109.14 - Providence and Zelis owe Positive Inner Self, LLC $1696.78; and for CareOregon: 1/30/2024 - $5402 and 1/6/2024 - $4712 - CareOregon and Zelis owes Positive Inner Self, LLC $10,114.

Zelis is an average company with a decent website. They offer some good services at reasonable prices. However, there is nothing particularly outstanding about them. I would give them a rating of average.

Zelis is a company that I've had mixed experiences with. While their website is impressive, their customer service is lacking. The pricing is reasonable, but the quality of their services needs improvement.

I know several people who worked here through spring 2018, many of them quit because the job sucks. Do not work here. They actually have a block on phones so you can barely even use your personal cell to receive a call in an emergency, you are overworked and must rely on commission as your main source of income. The job is very stressful and requires explicit attention to detail, with no room for breaks. It sounds more like a prison than a job. They use companies to solicit employment for them since they can't get people on their own, if a recruiter asks you to work for Zellis, use your best judgement, if you have a bad feeling, you're probably right. i just want people to know what it's like to work here. You'll be miserable.

This company takes erroneous refunds from Providers. The staff is not capable of auditing codes for insurance companies. They will not provide details to back up their recoup process.

How s being punished at your company (Zelis) for grieving a death in the family from Covid-19?

Or how about a job that makes you Physically to the point of internal combustion and have to speak to therapists about Mental Health Issues cause the management has no grasp on concept of current healthcare issues.

I have dealt with a person who is so close to me constantly saying that this company has brought on depression, anxiety, low motivation, and has felt threatened from time to time within the last 2-3 years!!!

Please, before accepting a role or even interviewing at Zelis Healthcare. Do yourself a huge favor and on Indeed or LinkedIn or even Google. Read the reviews of this company and think twice about how you want to live your life!
