Awful, just awful. On my warranty, there is Zel Cos name. My laptop is still with them, for a week now. I called and they didn't touch it yet. I told them I think it is the charger, because when I connect it, first it is normal, and then connection is lost. To check this, it would take like 2 minutes. So, I'm not talking about fixing the laptop, I'm talking about diagnostics. Last week, 7 days ago, they said they will do diagnostics in maximum 24 h and then give me a call. 7 days have passed after they took my laptop and put it on the shelf behind their desks. For 7 days, my laptop wasn't touched, no one started doing anything. And they told me this through the phone, dead straight, like that is a most normal thing, not to touch someone's laptop for 7 days. And the worst thing is that I can't take it anywhere else because I will lose my 3+2 years warranty. The laptop is Lenovo C340. And Lenovo company will also get detailed description of this experience. Hopefully they will help me with choosing another service provider without losing warranty. Zel Cos is really a huge disappointment. And so unprofessional. When I brought my laptop, I first phoned them. And that guy was great to talk to. But then when I came, there were like three guys behind the desk. And they were so rude, giving my contact information was a challenge, like they didn't want to hear it. I ignored it then, thought maybe they have bad days, maybe they aren't paid fairly. But now, if they couldn't touch my laptop for 7 days, I will not ignore it anymore. Next Monday I am supposed to start work, and I don't have my laptop. Just awful.
