I have booked extaro dental microscope) from carl zeis last year (2018). Company person Mr Diptadip and installation person Mr Suman has already done inspection of the site.Now after installation the scope doesnt reach to the head area of the chair.so i didnt give installation certificate .After so much of effort they finally came to a conclusion that recommending wall mount was their mistake and they will install ceiling mount for which they wanted clearance from structural engineer .so i provided the same to them.D3spite of that Mr Himadri sarkar the concerned RSM is just killing time and its almost 10 months.i never expected such type of irresponsibility from MNC employees.

I purchase Zeiss dura vision platinum lens from titan eye plus before 3months . The coating of the lenses is starting peeling and When I visit the store for my complaint . They deny me for replacement of my lens my money is waste due to these garbage qualitity of lenses. I request you to all people don't purchase Zeiss lens in future . I suggest the people purchase essilor lenses instead of Zeiss. Zeiss lenses are worst
