Main grocery for me, every week for the last 10 years or so, speaks for itself!

My issue is with highway market but they are all the same. zehers. I have found at freshco you can save about 10% . My I was buying Starbucks Coffee the big bags from zehers and they went from$17-23 without the other sizes changing small bags are $1 cheaper at freshco.

I had an incident a couple weeks ago with an employee with a bad attitude. A couple days later I spoke with the store manager Jerrod and he told me to come in and speak with the manager on duty. I did. As well as the manager of the bakery department, which is where the incident occurred. The management went above and beyond with their customer service. Shawn Smith , bakery manager, offered me free bagels and still said he didn't feel like they did enough. They went above and beyond to accomodate me in making sure I got the product I was looking for. Have been shopping at the Stanley park Zehrs for over 5 years and one bad incident is not going to stop me from returning. Thank you Jerrod, Shawn and the assistant manager. I am sorry I didn't get his name. You have been excellent in taking care of your customers

Great place, a bit more expensive but u get what you pay for, excellent selection of fruits and vegetables among other things.

Great experience for anyone needing to use the stores complimentary scooters! Always polite staff and very helpful! You pay more for produce then you would any of the other grocery stores but the products are better! Meat is over priced so if you re on a budget I wouldn t suggest buying it here because even when on sale they re quite expensive. Nobody wants to pay $6 for a package of hotdogs or $15 and up for a steak!

Large, clean, fresh food. And the express service is wonderful!

Easy to get in and out and has all the major brands

Prices increase too much...like organic spinach (small container) went from $4.99 to $5.99, small bottle of fresh unpasteurized juice went from $3.99 to $4.99, Sabatini quiche went from $7.99 to $8.49...these are just a few items off the top of my head...a 2 pack of Spongetowels are $3.99 and they're $2.99 at Walmart...I used to do my main shopping at Zehrs for many years but the price increases I've noticed lately have really turned me off...so I'm going to shop elsewhere...I think for the most part Zehrs is just hoping that customers aren't going to 'notice' the price increases.

Great shopping experience as far as clean stores, great selection and sales too! I love the prepared foods in hot deli hen I'm in a rush for a fast meal.

Do not buy any fruit that comes inside of a plastic container. They all go bad in less than 2 days. And I mean lot of disgusting fuzzies and not just the pre-cut stuff, even the fresh fruits.

The Zehrs grocery stores are amazing. I was at 2 different ones during a trip through southern ontario and I have to say, the selection, displays and prices were great. They are really nice places to shop.

Most everything you need in one store! From food to clothing to hardware and flowers.

This Zehrs has the very best in customer service in the bakery. Linda in the bakery is a natural. She treats all the customers with the very best in customer service. The management in the bakery is the best as well. We can always count on a truly wonderful experience at this location and it keeps us coming back weekly for all out grocery needs. The other employees in the bakery are helpful as well. It speaks to the bakery department manager as well, wanting customer focused employees. Great job.

Often out of sale items, bakery doesn't always put out fresh products unless you ask, mouldy fruit on shelves, expired products on shelves.

Over priced products and very bad customer service.. went to self check out sales item not in computer waited 10 mins for a staff member to Come help me . No one came ended up going to customer service desk and told the girl to cancel my order. Don't like self check outs but last time I went through a till they where rude. Managers should have a class for staff on customer service and maybe put more staff on . 2 staff on in the morning up front is ridiculous!!!

Good selection of products if a little pricier. Store is clean, organized, and staff helpful and adherent to COVID safety measures.

Ordered 4 times now... the first time there were many items they said they couldn't find, then the same the next time, then again the next time and finally the last order the same thing, except... $76 worth of items I didn't ask to have substituted and did not want. Not to mention not getting my points. I had to spend 2.5 hours on the phone to straighten the problem out with the items and the missing points. I based the tip on the amount of items and amount... then they didn't get me everything I needed. Sucked that some were specifically for a certain meal I was to make.

Disappointed to say the least and not sure if I will use again. It would be even worse if I was a little old man or lady that needs to have this service and then has these issues.

They've got everything, and you don't have to pay to use a cart.

Good selection but like other zehrs locations high prices

Standard grocery store. LCBO and TD Bank at the same location.

It's the first time I go to this grocery store; It is a store with a good distribution of its products, I liked it.

The produce is top notch, and we can usually find everything in one stop.

Good produce but pricy . Always out of hot prepackaged goods on Friday afternoons.loud annoying bell near cash that hurts my ears and kids like to play with it. If I passed another zehrs on my way home I would go to that store instead.

Always friendly and helpful staff. The click and collect is great at this location and the staff is good at selecting your produce. Underground parking is available as well.

Giving one star because of the lady at the customer service. Grey haired, heavy, with glasses. You don t deserve to work at a customer service industry.

Great selection of PC and name brand products. Two easy entrances, including one from underground parking. Well staffed and clean.

They put my pie in the bag sideways and it got completely ruined. I want a refund.

Prices have been getting higher on the same products cheaper elsewhere.

Love the Starbucks within the store. I actually made a detour, from a place nearby just to stop by for a grande, Americano with room.

Love the new arrangement in the fresh foods area. The addition of Starbucks saves a stop for those of us who like to shop early.

Friendly, clean, variety of food from different countries

Best supper market chain in the Area. Zehrs has dominated the grocery market in KW for decades. Prices are higher than some other stores so be sure to price check.

Very clean and well organized place. Did not look like suburban Zehrs

The best thing about this Zehrs is the underground parking, perfect in bad weather and our kids like the motivator. Also our kids like the free cookie and piece of fruit.

I never thought I'd be giving a five star review but in light of recent price reductions this is where I stand now.

The service has always been exceptional to me and I love the variety. I just don't frequent this place due to the high prices. That said, the theory about price, quality, and service usually holds true: you can only pick two. Maybe their great service is making me put less value on price.

Good grocery store. It is rarely not stocked and the products are placed with the rest of the similar items. Once you know the layout of the store it is very easy to get shopping done. And if you want they have self checkouts.

Very large ,clean,bright store.also has star bucks & Joe fresh which is very handy.
