Zea Woodfire Grill Review

First Class Customer Service and the meal was absolutely amazing!!! The manager himself will come to the table and greet his customers. My wife and I are from Houston Texas and visit often when we're in Lafayette!!!

Amazing food! The service was terrific. We showed up with a large party on a Friday night with no reservations, and they welcomed is with a minimum wait. The kids' menu has amazing variety, allowing some to try local cosine and others to stick to basics. We plan on stopping here again on our way out of town. I wish we had one of these at home!

The only place that I can go with the best vegetarian menu in Lafayette Louisiana. The Mediterranean hummus is also the best service is impeccable presentation and atmosphere is a 10+

Absolutely ridiculous! That's right, you read that correctly. The food here is absolutely ridiculous. So I started off with the Thai super awesome ribs as an appetizer. Took my first bite and then embarrassed myself as I destroyed the remaining 5. They were so good that I lost control of myself and went into berserker food mode! As I sat there grunting and growling over my food like Homer Simpson at a buffet I had an out of body experience from the intense levels of flavor. Simply wow! I do wish they would also make a Thai spicy chicken wings! Oh baby that would be amazing! For my main dish I ordered the rotisserie chicken, with a spicy sweet sauce, red beans and rice and roasted potatoes. I think I accidentally took a bite out of the plate as I attacked this amazing food! (Sorry about that.) This place was truly spectacular and I highly recommend a visit here. I saw that they deliver as well. What do ya'll think, can you shoot me about 15 orders of chicken and ribs over to North Houston?

Zea's never fails to amaze! We had the hummus and it was delicious with the drizzle off Olive oil and fresh pita triangles. The Thai ribs were great, always my choice. The corn grits and asparagus are must haves!!! Thanks Zea's for a Great Saturday afternoon lunch!!

Twice cooked Peking Duck was amazing! Not as crispy as I thought and a little dry from the cooking but it didn't take away from the flavor at all! 100% would order it again even with having an allergy problem with it. Insanely good food!

This was by far one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Our waiter was wonderful but it seemed everyone was ready to help us. We had four different waiters pass by our table and help us. Even our busser was extremely helpful and polite. The owner passed by our table twice to ask us personally how the food was. The food was fantastic. The most tender beef i have ever put in my mouth. Everyone was so polite and helpful and the atmosphere was so romantic and lively and my cocktail was fresh and delicious and the food was melt in your mouth to die for. I would give this restaraunt more stars if i could.

Excellent place. Signature ribs should not be missed.

Always great food. Received excellent service as well. Manager came by table to pre bus the plates and to ask how the food was. We had the Thai ribs, hummus and duck empanadas for appetizers. Rotisserie chicken, Shrimp Breaux Bridge and lamb sirloin with roasted corn grits and Thai snap beans for entrees. Everything was great. I would recommend for family gatherings, business dinner and date night.

Zea restaurant is one of my favorite restaurants in Lafayette. The roastery chicken is out of this world. Also the atmosphere here is great. If you like good food you need to try this restaurant.

Zea's is impressive time and time again. The service is good, but the food is absolutely outstanding. I traveled 4 hours just to enjoy their Thai ribs on my birthday and I was not disappointed. Zea's provides a remarkable experience each and every time. Bravo!

Server was attentive without being annoying. Tea refilled instantly ... Bbq Potato Chips are Necessary regardless meal choice...

The meal is one of Zea's daily specials. I had lamb It is always EXCELLENT as is every meal I have EVER eaten in Zea's. Warm friendly atmosphere, impeccable, service and the best restaurants for any meal in Lafayette. All o the above mentioned things are always the same wonderful food and impeccable service. I just do not get to eat there enough since retirement.

I tried the duck empanadas, bbq chicken/Thai ribs with corn grits and cabbage as the sides. I loved it all. First time trying duck, Thai ribs, and corn grits. Highly recommend Zea s! Sorry no pics I ordered to-go and was hungry. Lol

Food is good and the staff is friendly. The menu isn't exactly exciting, but everyone will be able to find something they enjoy. The corn grits are not to be missed.

The food was well cooked and the presentation as beautiful. The staff was polite and well mannered.

Shrimp and grits were ok. Grits were great as usual, but Shrimp taste like they were prefrozen. They weren't like they usually taste which is fresh. Good service considering time of night. Drinks were awesome!

We were traveling from New Orleans to Houston, stopped by this restaurant. To be honest this is the first American food restaurant that I feel like I really want to come back again. I ordered grilled brown trout and it was very well seasoned and grilled just to the right level. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends!

The food and service was good but had to wait, even with a reservation. Then we were placed at separate tables and would not combine the ticket for both tables.

Loved everything about my visit today. The waitress told us about the drink specials and gave wonderful suggestions. The drinks were good. Not watered down at all. The food was hot and fresh as expected. We sat in the bar area. The atmosphere was bright and vibrant, not too loud. I would definitely recommend this place to eat.

I came to Lafayette for work and my oh my was the food amazing! Our amazing waiter, Cameron, told us about how great the empanadas, Mediterranean hummus, lamb sirloin, and twice fried duck was. Cameron was also a wonderful and HONEST server to my

We had about 60 people in my group and everything was handled PERFECTLY. Food was incredible! Service was great. Menu is different from most food in town BUT it works and everything is delicious. The manager checked on us multiple times and told us goodbye as we were leaving, whereas most managers stay in the back! Incredible. Super impressed with the service and the way everything was handled. Will always be a customer of this Zea's!

Taste is too good. Service is fast. Have variety of dishes to try. Will visit again.
