My family came here 8 years ago because of the strong fine arts program - a place where the arts are central to the curriculum because the school recognizes we are all made in the image of a creative God. Now I have the privilege of leading the department as fine arts director. It's a great school.

I love teaching at PCA! Such a great community. Wonderful faculty, staff, and students. My students are great and I enjoy coming in to school every day to teach.

From the thriving fine arts program to cutting-edge STEM opportunities, PCA has given our children an excellent, comprehensive education, with teachers and administrators who go above and beyond to help each child cultivate his or her gifts. PCA provides a learning environment that is deeply affirming, spiritually nurturing, and academically challenging! It's an honor and joy for our family to be part of the PCA community.

PCA has been an overall excellent experience. The teachers, and administration provide a nurturing, kind, and academically challenging environment. There is a wonderful balance of strong academics and moral teaching. The teachers, as well as administrative staff are very accessible. Their readiness and willingness to address any and all problems promptly is impressive. I highly recommend this school to the parent seeking an education that is rigorous academically and cares equally about the values and morals fostered in the classroom. Excellent choice overall!

This is our fifth year at Portsmouth Christian Academy, and our daughter is thriving. Academics and extracurricular are excellent. The teachers inspire their students to do their best everyday, and the students feel welcome, safe and loved and are kind to each other. I love watching the kids enter and leave school each day smiling! What a difference it makes when teachers, staff, administrators, students and parents all partner together to educate and shape the next generation of Christian leaders! There's a wonderful energy to this school that I haven't seen in other local schools. Put it at the top of your list if you're exploring a K-12 school!
