Very disappointed in the service we were given from the waitress, 3 of our cheese burgers were uncooked, it took us 3 times to mention it to the waitress for her to get a member of management for us to try and resolve the issue!! Been to this place many times and this is the first time I have had issues but I will never return after this experience. The manager was really helpful though and couldn t fault him, he done all he could to help us but the rest of the experience we were disappointed with.

Decent food, considering the fact it's an eat all you like kind of a place. Drinks not included and a little overpriced but not too bad. It can be a bit of a scrum at times but it's a huge place so it doesn't feel that crowded really. Took the kids, one of whom is quite a fussy eater, but they both found plenty they liked.

I visited ZaZa's for the first time with my husband and our three children.
The food was lovely, hot and everything was very well stocked. It was great value for money and the refillable drinks are perfect for the kids.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact it was incredibly hot in there. We left sooner because of this.

I can not say how good this place is in the amount of words available. Chinese, Indian, texmex, English classics, creole style food. All cooked freshly or to order if you are willing to about 1 minute. Very authentic flavours and dishes from from king prawns in garlic to jack Daniels basted char grilled ribs. From pizza to naan bread from the tandoori oven. Stir fries to curries. Fish and chips to tacco's everything with all the trimmings. If you can manage a dessert then there is a help yourself Mr whippy machine, pancakes, pots of jelly, chocolate fountain with fruit abs other things to dip in. Not to mention bowls of smarties and jelly beans to sprinkle on top. It's all you can eat and more. Very good price, great staff always polite and friendly. Food is amazing. Highly recommend this place.

My kids love ZaZa Bazaar, they have the freedom to choose what they want to eat and how much. They also try new things voluntarily. Excellent quality food, Indian rice pudding is SENSATIONAL.

There is a map to the food stations because there is that many options!
Staff are friendly and helpful
Restaurant is clean, the toilets weren't the best but not dirty by any means.

Great theming but a lack of variety. while there is plenty of themed sections all of the food is basically the same with just beef or chicken In sauce and a ice-cream machine and set selection of pizzas even though they have pizza ovens right on the floor there is no option to have a custom pizza which is a huge missed opportunity. There is no sauce station. The wort offender is that they say they offer sushi but they only have really basic thinly sliced vegetable maki roll. Too cheap to spend money on sashimi grade fish? I remember the hype and experience of it all when it first opened but today its just a generic and cheap bore.

Amazing restaurant had a fantastic experience and have such a huge range of different food to try. Though the disappointing side is how busy it gets and you feel as if you don t have enough personal space when trying to enjoy your meal.

Found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. Did have a slight issue with the upstairs toilets being cleaned, therefore the baby changing facilities were out of use. A member of staff directed me to the downstairs disabled toilet, but then another lovely member of staff had to go and hunt for the key to open it for me! Besides that, the food was excellent and we all had a great time.

I feel this is the kind of place you either love or hate. I personally love it. The food ranges from okay to very nice. Nothing blows me away, however that isn't what this place is about. What makes Za Za Bazaar so special is the vast selection of foods and the fact that you can eat as much of it as you like for quite honestly (if you have a stomach like mine) a super cheap price! Downstairs you can enjoy well made cocktails. Get the pornstar martini which is 50% off and you get a shot of prosecco with it too. Great value for money. Overall this place is a kids dream and has a great Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Delhi and dessert counter, amongst other nice foods too!

I have never been in this place but somehow they managed to get hold of my mobile phone number and they have been harrassing me with text messages for nearly 18 months with deals. I have contacted them and asked them to stop, I got no reply. I reply to the telelphone number stated in the text message with the word STOP, they don't stop and each and every message has a different number for me to text stop to. I now refuse to set foot in this place and going on what I have heard from people I know I am not going to miss anything special. Disgraceful service without even setting foot in the place.

Started the year as I meant to go on with a mountain of food from Za Za Bazaar! Have eaten here a fair few times and really enjoyed it every time. Really good selection (obviously) and everything cooked right in front of you. The Indian is particularly good!

Always friendly waiting staff. Reception could do with putting a smile on their faces but did manage to fit us in even though it was fully booked. Great environment, a must when visiting Bristol

This place was like a sensory overload.... didnt know what to expect when i entered the building and was blown away by the hustle and bustle and shear size of the place . The front of house staff where very friendly and informative while the floor staff were too busy to be anything else . A good choice of tasty food from all over the world my only down side to this place would be the children running all over the place ...

If you are a foodie, this is a place you should be visiting. Most cuisines are available there to make your taste buds happy. You will end up tired of eating. Good selection of bars too. Mondays will be more reasonable price wise.

This has to be one of the most value for money places I ve ever been to. With more food than you could ever wish for, Za Za Bazaar has it all - from Asian to continental, Indian to American and almost everything else in between. Not all the items may wow you, but the sheer volume is enough to do that. The variety, the ambience, the price are some of my favorite features about this place. I would be elevating this restaurant to a cultural status in my mind now, because I now know every future trip to Bristol will also include a pilgrimage to this aptly named bazaar . This is buffet on steroids.

The food was ok, nothing special. There are certainly better buffets around Bristol. The place is huge and well decorated but when it s busy it can be a pain to have your plates cleared from your table.

There is a lot of food but it is all bland. We paid our bill then as we were leaving I was roughly grabbed by the waiter who said I should pay the bill. I explained I had paid the bill. He then didn't check anything and said sorry and let me leave. I wouldn't go again and I urge you all not to go.

Our last COVID visit was through screens to get served at the counters. This time was a limited menu with table service.

This was very disjointed we had parts of course turning up around 5 minutes apart. This was WORSE when we got the main course. We waited for the sides and rest of our mains to go with what had come to the table. After nothing arriving for 20 mins the food on the table was cold. We decided to leave and eat elsewhere. Really let themselves down

i was going for a nice pleasant time out with my friends then i was utterly disappointed with the food and especially the portions getting 2 small slices of pepperoni pizza reminding me of going to a little kids party. i had a cheese burger i tried to bite into it however i couldn't get my teeth through it all showing how hard and chewy it was. then the deserts came 2:30 minutes from getting to zaza [you are only suppose to be there 1:45 minutes] the Brownie was the only nice thing which is getting them this one star however the cheese cake was like playdough and tasted and felt like it has been there all over lockdown. i haven't even gotten to the staff i had to ask 6 TIMES for water whilst i was dehydrated i then asked for ketchup with my chips 2 times and it never came probably the worst bit of my experience is seeing a cook going to the toilet and did not wash his hands after i would not recommend to anyone not even a karen!!!!
