I cannot yet judge the service of Zayas because I have just been assigned a house.
I do want to say that I think it is great, How neat and helpful I have been helped by the employees.

Just put photos on the site of searching houses while it is not in that street, no photos of the house because a photo of the market and Jeroen Bosch there, people are really not wiser from discarded rent lots deeply sad
We suffer from mice. Called Zayaz and they sent a knowledgeable company at their expense to resolve the issue.
Very bad service I have been assigned a house and the time keeps running up. they say we'll keep you posted and then they don't. You can make a call yourself again, which will keep the time running up. Today I called myself again for the commencement date, the earliest that is possible is December 14. no pace and service at all.

on their site they indicate that they are lenient and help with the rent if you suffer from corona. in reality they put a list under your nose with all kinds of financial questions that prevent me from getting out and still have to pay the entire rent ... if you don't fill in that list, they can't do anything for you? sometimes self-employed people do not know what they will or will not earn in terms of forecasts
Worthless company Zayaz. It's all about money! Let them take a look at the residents if they are all enjoying themselves !! It is clearly not the case here!

Unbelievable how internally oriented people are here. Customer focus and decency have apparently not yet penetrated Zayas. I "may" cut the countertop myself to just put a gas stove.
In addition, the floor is of different heights in the various rooms. I "may" increase this myself in order to continue laying laminate.
They cost you there and everything is "normal" and "becoming part of the house". A downright rude supervisor with whom no normal conversation can be had.
I have never experienced such a customer unfriendly organization. I need a house or else I'm on the street so they just have me by the balls. Really sad how people deal with tenants here.
