DO NOT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM!! I wish I could give them a negative star for ever dollar they cost me!!
I can't believe how bad they screwed me! It is a very long story so I will spare you all the details. He charged me $27,000 to give me a $27,000 loan. Yes you read that right, LOAN!
I told them this was a lawsuit against the 3rd party and I was not going to go after workers comp. I knew that a workers comp lawsuit would end with me losing my job and my workers comp benefits.(Which I will need costly treatment for the rest of my life due to my condition)
As part of my settlement they made an agreement with workers comp, that I would pay 60% of all future medical! They did not disclose this to me during my lawsuit. I found out 3 months after the lawsuit was finalized.
When I was having Stellate Ganglion Block weekly @ $5,000 each and medications that cost over $1,000 a month, 60% was out of my reach.
So I had to secure another attorney to try to clean up their mess to no avail. I lost my job and my insurance. Workers comp even considered the $27,000 I received from my first settlement part of my new settlement.
On top of the financial problems that they cost me, my condition is made worse by stress. You can't imagine the stress and pain this law firm has cost me! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

5stars aren t enough. If I can give 20 I would. I know I m a fairy persistent person however every single time I called I never received an attitude but everybody was kind and helpful.

His staff has taken care of everything! The wonderful ladies in the office handled my medical bills and even reached out to reduce my payments with hospitals. Afterwards, all that I had to do was come in to sign my settlement check! It is a very professional environment, and you are given personal service. I would trust them with anything!

This was my first time needing to retain an attorney and based on what everyone was telling me about the law industry I was truthfully scared about the entire process. I made the first call and actually got to speak to Joe personally and he agreed to take on my case. We set up an in-person meeting for later that day and I was impressed with how everything was handled. I supplied the requested information through email and that started the wheels rolling. The office staff checked in monthly and let me know how my case was progressing and asked how I was doing because of the injuries I suffered from the accident, they even called to check on my status the day after my surgery.
