Kudos to Zapf GmbH. My daughter's doll went bust and the doll clinic sent us a new one with extras and lots of love. My daughter is overjoyed. I would like to thank the whole team. Apsolut deserves 5 stars if not 10! Many thanks.

This is rare now!

This is rare now!
Our daughter's horse was broken, a fault in the electronics.
We had no invoice, no exact date of purchase and so we wrote Zapf an email that our horse is sick and our daughter is heartbroken.
Zapf replied with an incredibly friendly letter to our daughter and asked us to treat the horse, completely free of charge. And when the package finally arrived, they had included a set of clothes for their doll and that at top speed, just in time for Christmas.
World class. We were very happy and I think this is the most honest way to win and retain customers.
