Beautiful Ring, Beautiful Price, and Beautiful Wife

Took along time to fix my ring. But the staff was tried to be helpful

Great shopping experience, very friendly and helpful staff. No pressure, fair prices.

If I could leave zero stars I would I initially went to zales to buy a zodiac diamond for my wife when I entered the store both of the stores representatives just looked at me one lady was talking with another lady for an hour and then gave her a gift card and the other representative was looking through papers for over an hour and it took a total of 1 hour and 25 minutes before I could be helped if I did not really want this gift for my wife I would not have waited that long this store needs new employees. This is the Lehigh Valley mall location at the end of the day I was the only customer that spent money and I waited the longest I will never go back in there again until they employ a new staff

My wife and I took her ring to be inspected and cleaned. The staff was very friendly and took care of the cleaning quickly. We had issue with her diamond bond number, since we bought the ring online. The associate, Sarah, went above and beyond to remedy the issue.

Been here several times and alway good and friendly service. Always a comparable item to other jewelry places in mall. I shop them all to catch the best price or sale.

Could not have asked for more. Selection was great and the service was impeccable.

My husband took me there to upgrade my wedding band set, we ended up leaving with a very very very expensive new bridal set. Our sales woman was Gail and she was awesome! We really did enjoy our buying experience here and will return. my ring also had to get sent out to be sized, and it returned EARLIER then expected and looked beautiful.
