You can buy great clothes, bags, especially shoes, for a low price.

You are pretty stunned by the selection. A lot of people in this place. Sometimes you have to wait a very long time to get into a changing room. Prices are cheaper than online, but this is also due to the fact that it is partly B-goods. A good place for bargain hunters, but unsuitable for relaxed shopping.

A bit cluttered buts an outlet so you can expect that , you need patience and time to spend and look. For things that you like. In the shoes area it is easy to see and find

Unfortunately I have to say nothing cool there than in Cologne. The auditorium is gray like the assortments.

Very nice staff partly, but very unpleasant experience with the lack of customer toilet - the security staff are very regular and accompany a small child with a parent not to the bathroom ...

So crowded, deals are okay but still kind of expensive. Sometimes stuff is not properly arranged.
By good deals better checking out very well that no damages on the stuff, specially by very well known brands.

Watch out! According to the Zalando hotline, there is no money back in any shop outlet for an exchange, return, only a voucher !!

If you are in no hurry to search for shoes and compare prices, e.g. at Deichmann or Siemes, you are in good hands here.
You should take plenty of time, especially in times of WSV.
It is not always easy to find advice, but it can be done.

The saleswoman reacts aggressively even though you only asked normally why it wasn't an additional 50 percent reduction. Then say in an incredibly aggressive tone: "Yes, show it." I show her the t-shirt, explain that other t-shirts are not marked on the bar in other sizes, but hold on to the bar with the 50% are. Strangely enough, all tshirts were not additionally marked with 50%. She yells at me all the time: "We're not a normal store here." Yes, I can see how you are treated here as a customer. Quite strange, it can only be fraud, because even if a customer has posted it wrong, it cannot be that all t-shirts were posted wrongly. By the way, can you explain without being aggressive, I asked normally. Just because she feels attacked, because she is afraid, she's making a mistake, isn't that how you have to talk to customers? Of course, in the end I can only react like that myself. You don't have to shout out: You don't have to react like that. If she herself behaved so aggressively from the start !!! Sorry, but if you attack me first, what do you expect ???

If you are lucky and looking for something great you can find an emphasis on. Because there is not always everything in the right size etc. Still worth a visit :)

Only, the resources are not infinite, the exploitation of the earth is already very visible. Drinking water scarcity has long been prevalent in many industrialized countries because cotton cultivation consumes a great deal of drinking water. Whole rivers dry out, or are heavily contaminated. To satisfy our consumption, other people have to suffer. Therefore, think three times whether you really need the things you buy - whether in the outlet, or anywhere else.

The only criticism is that the outlet has no customer toilet.

Rude staff who are not afraid to approach customers personally. The customer is anything but king here.

You can find a lot of bargains, but mostly things from old collections. To browse very well but a further journey is not worth it.

Outlet of the online retailer, in which returns (?), Retailers (?) And remainders are offered reduced again. You can be lucky, but it can also go wrong. Often quite difficult and congestion at the changing rooms. If you need something specific, you should go somewhere else. The changing rooms are big enough and the curtains can be closed easily.
You have to be lucky, as some clothes are only available in one size. But you can occasionally find high-quality brands at an unbeatable price.
Sometimes the clothes are already broken or dirty, so you should look at the things carefully before buying.

Variety is OK... Shoes rather limited creative section.

You need time to go through all the shelves. But it's worth it and always good for a great deal. Just avoid the weekend or go very early as it gets crowded.
