Z Salon and Spa Review

Kevin cut my hair and he was awesome. So charismatic, I had never met him before and it felt like we were talking like best friends. My appointment was at 6pm so I m sure I was probably his last client but you wouldn t know it, he was just as energetic and meticulous as if I was his first appointment that day. Also my hair looks amazing. He knew exactly what I wanted even if I didn t voice it that well and I so appreciate it. Thanks, Kevin!

Do not trust Z Salon if you are a bride! I had such a horrendous experience getting my hair and makeup done. Stylist, Kelly, did not brush my hair before beginning and immediately began curling, teasing, and hair spraying my hair until it quickly turned into a matted rats nest on the back of my head. When attempting to put my veil in my hair was so matted it could not even be inserted. She attempted to fix it, calling for another stylist's help when I became visibly distressed. At the end, she simply placed four bobby pins in my hair and asked me if I wanted her to make it more secure. At this point I was so upset, and she clearly was not interested in taking my hair out and re-doing it. It was approaching 1:00 and an associate walked over earlier informing her she had someone coming for a bang trim at 1:00- this was clearly more important than my bridal trial. It fell out immediately upon going home, so I have no way of knowing how my hair would look or hold for my wedding. My makeup was done so strangely, I did not even look like myself by the end of it. I'm still trying to figure out what went wrong other than the stylist does not know how to choose a color palette for my hair or skin tone. They offered a re-trial with one of their top stylists with 20+ years of experience, but I could not trust the same thing that happened to me on this trial-gone-bad would not happen to one of my bridesmaids. WOULD NOT recommend any bride trust Z Salon with the most important day of their lives!!!

Shawn has been styling my hair since 2006. His work is amazing and very personable. He always recommends the newest AVEDA products out. I love coming to Z Spa & Salon they are always top notch. They have the social distance precautions down pat. Thank You

Had an amazing spa day! So relaxing and rejuvenating. Enjoyed a facial and an awesome body scrub. The service was wonderful, and they made my first spa experience a great one! I wasn t sure what to expect, but it was so peaceful and it was able to settle in really quick. The relaxation room, dry sauna, and steam room were all wonderful bonuses to the spa services. Already scheduled another appointment and will be bringing back family and friends.

I had a fantastic massage. I appreciate the steps they are taking to protect their clients and staff during the pandemic. I will definitely be back!

Shawn is amazing! Extremely nice, courtesy with following the CDC guidelines! Shawn is extremely good at what he does! Everyone at Z Salon is very nice and extremely wonderful! They go out of the way to make you feel comfortable and special! Thank you Z Salon! Keep doing what you are doing because it works!!!!

Kevin cut and styled my hair for the first time. I had a picture for him as well. He gave me suggestions, discussed the pros and possible challenges of the cut and answered my every questions. He gave me one of my best cut and styles and I could not be happier!! Kevin is a keeper for sure!! Thanks so much for the great cut and style!!

Hubby had purchased a gift card prior to Covid, and I finally scheduled a one-hour massage session. Autumn is fantastic!! She listened to my areas of concern and did an amazing job addressing my problem areas. I was so relaxed I didn't think I was going to be able to get off the massage table!! I highly recommend the hot stone massage and cannot wait to go back.

I always see Leah and she does a great job with my hair! I enjoy the experience and she is truly the nicest person. I do miss the hand massage but they are following Covid practices which I do appreciate.

Loved Sydney and Angela! Went out of their way to give me what I wanted and succeeded! Can t wait to go back again! Will definitely recommend to my friends
