They lost my paperwork and after giving me aid for a year they said they don't have my name in their system

Very helpful place but you will mostly have to go in because it's hard to get someone on the phone!

They need more informative people working at the front desk and answering calls ....it seems like they don't care about they job.. they need better customer service...they will tell u anything to get u out there office or off the phone.. Everytime I call I never get a call back and they send me to v mail every time....then I go in and they tell me I need to make a copy of my paper work ..but they said they don't do copies when it was a big ass copy machine sitting right there in front of my face in clear sight ..do your job ladies stop giving people a hard time ...it's your job to do your job it's not hard...

Too much paperwork & hard to qualify & they don't return phone calls.

Their new facility in Gurnee is absolutely gorgeous! Had a pleasant experience with friendly staff.

With the pandemic they don't even bother to take our calls or return our calls, they are very slow, we understand that there is no direct customer service but now they work from the offices without attending and I have been applying since September and to this day they have not there is an answer this is sad

I have been calling to get more information about child care and I know the office is opened today but no one is answering. The process is complicated to do on my own yet I can't even receive any help

parent services called me to call them back.. no one is answering on the phone number that they have given me. Its been 2 weeks since I started calling and I keep on calling them every day and still no one is answering

Yeah, that's true!
Hard to qualify working a minimum amount of hours when you have noone to watch your kids.

They cancelled me saying that I didn't give the paper work when intact, I had and now taking longer than what was said, to process my application. No one is answering now nor will call me back. I've had to drop classes and cut down on work due to no sitter.
