I worked for this company for several years. The company itself is great and offers a great range of robotic products. The VP Mr. Otta was a great leader for the company. I will say that HR harassed me on a daily basis and even forced me to go to a psychiatric ward against my will in order to keep my job. She showed no respect when my mother passed away. The Director of operation would threaten me and put his hands on me several times and even pushed me out the back door of the building and my supervisor watched and denied it happened. The two supervisors were unprofessional and the senior production supervisor would belittle every one on a daily basis while yelling and swearing at them. I'm glad I left and I would use caution before joining this company. The company will grow and succeed once the VP changes HR and the production personnel.
If you want to constantly be harassed by HR, work here!
Everything that has been mentioned in previous reviews about HR is completely accurate. I worked for Yushin for 6 years, I would avoid working for this company at all costs as long as she is still employed as HR. She is the most disrespectful/demeaning HR, she doesn t fit her position at Yushin. She 120% abuses her authority and talks to employees like they are beneath her (not much of an HR ). Also, she gets financial gain from the company, OUTSIDE of the work place.
