All persons are considerate and caring, even in these most trying times.

I was served quite promptly this time. I receive an injection for Crohn's disease and this was the second time I received it in Yuma.

After I received my first injection in Dec., I was asked if I wanted to set up the next appointment. Of course, I said yes. The receptionist set the date for Feb. 3. When I went in on the third, the other receptionist told me I was too early...it had been only 7 weeks and I must wait 8 weeks. I had not paid any attention to how long it would be when the appointment was made. I was told the appointment had been moved to Feb. 10, but I was not notified of the change. It would have saved me a trip from the Foothills if the first receptionist had notified me of the change. Otherwise, the service has been excellent.

My appointment was schuled for 10:00 and I was in a room, ready for the infusion at 10:00. Usually you have to wait for awhile. All personnel were very professional and helpful with my needs.

Receptionist was helpful. The wait was just a few minutes. No complaints so far. Already have our appointment for next month.

I recently was in YRMC for an infection
Then transferred to Infusion center 1x a day for 5 wks. The nurses are Excellent. Kind n compassionate

They are always nice and very gentle when I have blood tests. Always like to go back. to the same place.

The nurses were excellent. They always make sure I am comfortable.

I lived in yuma Arizona for 20 years my experience with the hospital has been horrible, however on August 2nd, 2020
I went to the ER , it was like night and day , how amazing to be treated and talked to with respect and the hospital stay was beyond excellent in the observation department in the ER
To the Nurse practitioners to the nurses , cna , to people in the lab department

All the ladies that work in the out patient center are AMAZING!!! I have been going for 4 years and they treat me like family. Thank you for all you do!!

I want to give 5-star marks to Wanda. She checked ahead and made sure my medication was on-site and ready. She had to order it and have it delivered. The courier was there at precisely the time for my injections.

Treated professionally from the time I checked in until I walked out. Everyone was courteous making me feel comfortable and at ease. I was seen at my appointment time. The Staff did a great job coordinating with all departments to ensure there were no delays.

All of the nurses were excellent! Some really put my injection in slow, and it didn't hurt at all! The wait was almost non-existent! The building is exceptional clean. A fantastic place if you need care!
