Great experience working at this diverse professional firm.
The firm I work for, CP Engineers, has partnered with Yu Associates on a project. The project manager's were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. We appreciated their commitment to our success and the success of the client. I can highly recommend this firm.
Their office is very elegant and professional. I walked in without an appointment to speak to someone and ask a few questions and instead of turning me away or forcing me to make an appointment and come back another day, they invited me to sit and wait if I had the time to speak to someone who had the answers I was looking for. I was very impressed by the entire exchange and very pleased overall. If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would.
Great diverse company culture. Upper management listens to employers and their clientele. The company values high quality caliber work and does not take short cuts when doing the job right. Employees work ethics are truthful and loyal. Not much turn around so you know overall employees are well taken care of. And the company just renovated there offices. Very impressive.

I have been working at Yu & Associates for 5 years as a geotechnical engineer and the experience has been absolutely brilliant. Company prides on its diverse workforce and the work environment is very cordial. Principals and managers have tons of experience on public and private projects in and around Tri state so there are great learning opportunities for the staff. Compensation and benefits are great. Bottom line is: Hard work and dedication wont go unnoticed in this company. Long may it continue!
