I loved this place, it was fascinating. Me and my kids enjoyed it all and they have some very interesting things to do.
I was there at 10am and left just after noon only because I had an appointment on the other side of the city, else I could have stayed longer.

I would highly recommend this to anyone. Now we are heading in to fall, looking for somewhere to go with the kids on a weekend? Definitely put this place to the top of your list.

Nice place to spend a few hours learning about the different Police units, forensic science, gangs, healthy relationships and bullying. Admission is free ($5 donations suggested). My kids aged 8 and 10 loved it!

This place is awesome! Question came up from Google of "is this a museum?" and truly speaking it IS but its more of an interactive youth learning centre. I would put it in the same category of Telus Spark Science Centre. Its interactive, fun and informative. My kids love getting in the cruiser!

I remember going to the old one in Downtown and that was awesome. Coming here basically was just as good! A lot of fundamental material for kids to learn and good exhibits to show youngsters how the Police works!

Fun and educational place. Lots of interesting information about the Calgary Police services. They offer free seminars on cyber safety for the family. Don't forget to check out their summer camps for the kids and programs for the adults.

Really cool Calgary police museum. Just a donation for admission. Super detailed, seriously your kids will love this place. Lots of interactive displays/games.

Honestly. I was astonished. This is Calgary not New York. They put tons of money and effort into this museum.

Good job Calgary Police department.

I visited this place with my 10 year old and 13 year old. Both had an amazing time. There is a scavenger hunt with pictures to ensure that the family sees everything there is to see. One of the exhibits was closed while we were there but we still spent a good three hours. My kids love to trying on the bulletproof vest and exploring the police car on site. You pay by donation, which makes this very affordable. We will definitely be back.

I helped supervise a class here today. We did the mock trial and got to tour around the museum. What a wonderful facility! The staff was very informative and kept everyone engaged in the presentations. The exhibits are very well put together and I really enjoyed looking around at all the neat police gear etc. The kids had a blast, and so did the grown ups! Thanks for having us!

An underappreciated gem. This very interesting museum is more known for school field trips than anything else, but it is a very interesting place. They have recently added some lecture series that are fascinating.

Knowledge is power, and #youthlinkyyc is full of empowering exhibits. With information about drugs, gangs and internet safety our children can be empowered to make healthy life choices. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us youthlink staff.

Today I volunteered with my boys class. My second time here as I volunteered with my daughters class a couple of years ago. The staff are extra ordinarily good with the kids. They relate incredibly well with them the entire time. There is enough content to keep them all interested including interactive experiences. Great formula and well executed in a really nice venue. If this initiative results in one less criminal on the streets of Calgary, it has paid for itself a thousand times over. But I know it helps a tones of kids at various levels such as making good choices and / or encourage kids to communicate their issues. Well Done, and thanks to the CPS for having this in place for our youth.

Wow! I had no idea this interactive police museum existed. Great place for kids to learn about Calgary's crime history and the evolution of our police service. Informative, Interactive, and hands-on place good for pre-teens and up. Don't forget to checkout the CSI room and experience what it's like to hold a handful of maggots. Check it out and you'll see what I mean.

We were there for the 2018 Valentine's day event - I bloody love you. Well organized; not too crowded and loads of photo ops. Would definitely recommend and make sure you have time to wander. Great exhibits - would go for other events

Absolutely love going to Youthlink!

Absolutely love going to Youthlink!
Their Historic True Crime series is a must for any Murderino, and extra special because all the cases are local - will you solve a fifty year old cold case? Maybe, but at the very least you'll have a great time perusing the exhibits, then participating in a fantastic presentation!

Volunteers are always super knowledgeable and helpful, and their enthusiasm is contagious!

Free parking, cash bar at 18+ events

Wow this place was fun. My 7 year old loved it and my 13 year old who currently hates everything even had a good time. The displays are well put together, and most are interactive. There is al sorts of information on the history of the CPS and some great educational materials for kids to understand what situations might look like, and how to get help.

I just wish you could sit in the chopper.

I was not sure what to expect when we went here. However, there are lots of good interpretive displays. The black-light room and helicopter simulator were the highlights for my child. There is lots of things to keeps kids interested, and they may learn something as well.

Took the whole family and everyone enjoyed it young and old alike! Very educational experience while still being interactive enough to keep the kids attention. Multiple exhibits offering everything from interactive videos to dressing like an officer and even a police car to sit in and a motorbike to check out! The whole thing is offered by, and run on, donation and contains a small gift shop with an interesting variety of police themed items for purchase.

Have you ever been fascinated about what is the line of duty for police face each days and the equipment they use. Well this place have all of the answer. Definitely a must do Calgary tour with kids and family.

I was hoping i could go in to escape the cold while my car was getting repaired, unfortunately it was closed. I'm guessing this place propogates negatively political messages about drugs, teaching kids to just say no rather than actually teaching kids how to be safe if they do choose to use their own free will. And probably negates to talk about origins of police, how they have been used for corporate interests.
