NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN worst customer service they took our Money n made us believe we were Approved to drive the vehicle out there lot then we later got a letter saying we hadn't got Approved but yet they were Demanding us more money down they have no Shame!!!! They let us take a vehicle that hadn't even passed inspection n the airbags would deployed at any time!!! We Delt with VANESSA, VICTOR, N SOME OTHER GIRL WHO THEY CALLED LETICIA!!!

I was lied to about being able to refinance. The financial institution they use, Atlas Financial, is notorious for high interest rates. I was in a tight spot and needed a car fast. Despite having good credit (and due to my job being new) My interest rate was 24.9%. I was assured I'd be able to refinance after 6 months. When 6 months passed, I could absolutely not refinance it. In order to refinance a car has to be under 10 years old and have under 100k miles. There's no WAY the salesperson did not know this. My own fault for being naive and not researching such things. Lesson learned: Do your research, and never, ever buy a car or take credit with 24.9% interest..

Wasn t expecting our third car from your budget to act up all of a sudden. We have a Dodge Ram 4-Door Truck that we are both in love with, the only issue is it s starting to break down on us, what I mean by this is about the ending of two weeks while we had the truck it died out on us, we had to jump start it and then while it was on, different lights were coming on (engine light, airbags, battery light) car started shaking non stop, called the dealership which is your budget and wanted us to bring it in so they can check it out. Took it in and we just picked up the truck on April 30, 2019 and wanted us to pay $290 and they pay $100 SMFH like what the hell is that. My husband asked for the receipt for the $290 and they didn t give him one. Till this day the truck is the same and nothing was fixed because check engine is on and the car is shaking and it s worse. I m gonna fight till my money is worth, if not I can go beyond this to get all my pennies back till my car gets fixed.

The staff here is super friendly and easy to talk to . They got me a good deal when a lot of other dealerships turned me down. They make miracles. I suggest going there

When going to Your Budget Auto Sales Mario had approached me while looking at a charger they had on site, not like your typical pushy sales person but as a very pleasant approach and listened without being pushy, unfortunately the charger i liked was a bit out of my price range and he had worked on getting another vehicle after giving choices of what I liked. Close to a month had gone by and he kept in contact every week then had another charger that had came in which matched all criteria and I was able to drive away a very satisfied customer. The whole management and sales staff are one of the best groups l had the pleasure of working with and they were able to overcome all obstacles to get me the loan no matter how difficult I had been. I would highly recommend them to purchase your vehicles through as they are one of the best out there. Thank you so very much which words can't express how happy I am. I went here a couple years ago to get a Mini Cooper, and was really excited about it. The salesman was really nice and not pushy. But the car itself leaked oil to point where it couldn t even hold it. They said they would get it fixed and never did anything to it. They also put my temp tag on the back with tape and it flew off and then I couldn t drive it until my plates came in. The car ultimately was so messed up I couldn t afford to fix it and pay the payments. I would not recommend this place to anyone it s like the used cars that are all messed up, and no one can actually fix them.

I highly recommend this place! They have great customer service and great vehicles. I went in and left the same day with a 2014 Hyundai Elantra with warranty. Ask for Victor when you go he is a really nice guy and he knows what he's doing.

Eddy was nice, showed me the car I went to see and answered my questions. There was zero pressure which was refreshing but sightly odd. All in all a good experience though.

On our way to another dealer, whose name I don't want to mention, but it's Murray Auto Sales, with our decision from the night before of which car to take home, we decided to stop by Your Budget Auto just to look around a do a little comparison. We were shown a few cars by Colombo, a very nice and NOT pushy salesman. The last car he showed us was a 2011 Nissan Sentra. We loved the fact that the price of the Sentra was the same price we would be paying for a 2011 Chevy Aveo at Murray Auto who convinced us the night before to leave the a $50 deposit to "hold our pre-aproval status" Though after four or five attempts to get our $50 back was unsuccesfull, we were given a $50 credit at Your Budget Auto which we used as part of our downpayment. I would definitely recommend Your Budget Auto Sales.

I heard about this place on U 92 and came in to check it out. Got a great deal on my first car it was the easiest thing I have ever done and they helped me establishe credit. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Came looking for a present for my mom for her birthday, and we came out with a beautiful SUV. She liked her present and we were happy due to the fair price and the fiar condition of the car. There help was great and we enjoyed coming here. Truly recommend it.

I couldn't select zero stars. This is the worst business I have ever been in contact with. Horrible customer service. I got put in a vehicle the same day they bought it from an auction. They hadn't even test drove it yet. I had a different vehicle before this that I was fully qualified for, and had insurance and registration in my name, everything. They told me a few days later that I actually wasn't qualified for it, to bring it back, and they had another buyer already getting into it. So they tricked me into signing papers for the car I have now, saying it was exactly the same as the other one and not to worry. They had no idea what was wrong with it, they just put me into it. I drove it after they had me signing things, and the motor mounts were broken along with many other things. They fixed nothing. They also, to this day almost 7 months afterwards, have never given me any copies of my paperwork. No copies of what I've signed. I've gone in many times to get it and they've told me that they don't have it. Well who does? They also had one of their salesman drive TO MY HOUSE to get a piece of mail from me to have "proof of address", and I still have never gotten my mail back either. This car I've had for 7 months, after putting thousands into fixing it, is completely broken down now. Worst decision I ever made to come here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

They were amazing they helped me out when no one else in salt lake city would sell my a car because my identity was stolen and I have shitty credit since im waiting for everything to come off my credit which takes up to 6 months. Mario was my salesman and he was really good. They have honored every word they have promised to do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. This place it sketchy, I'd stay away. Checking out the car was easy and quick, I knew what I was looking for and they quickly gave me the keys. When I started the car the "check airbag" light was on, engine light was on, and absolutely no gas (gauge said 0 miles left before empty, how does a test drive work with no gas?). Obviously this was a neglected car. Their KSL add said the car was clean and no problems, yeah that was false. I didn't even feel comfortable while in the dealership, I'd never buy from these guys.

Your budget autos has good people who are willing to help those who need credit improvements. There are nice selections on cars check them out. I went through multiple car places but no luck, but here it worked out

This place was amazing to me. I was having a hard time finding a place that would approve me for a car, I had tried multiple places before I had came here and none of them compared to the customer service these guys had. They don't care about you or your safety it's all about them their gain, profits big time, don't care about loyalty as long as you bring money and in part that is understandable they're not there to help they're there to do business, but little people like you and I need someone who's willing to help us out, even if our credit is not as perfect, that doesn't mean that we can't pay or get screwed every time and as they please everyone work really hard to be able to buy something to be proud and say "I bought myself this car". Some of us can be making $8.00/hr, some more, but at the end of the day the same principals apply, work, make money and go to a dealership hopping to buy yourself a nice decent car, bring your business to this place and get screwed up at the end? That it's just soooo...! Wrong.

OVER THE NEXT TWO WEEKS THEY HAVE ASKED ME FOR REFERENCE ADDRESSES, PHONE CALL LIST-AND WAS TOLD IT WAS SO THEY COULD CALL NUMBERS I CALL INCASE I DEFAULT-IN ADDITION THEY WANTED A BANK ACCOUNT OPENED-LOST MY PROOF OF RESIDENCE.

I ALSO GAVE THEM A TRADE IN WHICH THEY KEPT ON LOWERING THE AMOUNT FOR IT AFTER THEY PROMISED A LARGER AMOUNT. AFTER ALL MY PAPERWORK WAS DONE THEY CALLED AND STATED I HAD TO MAKE LARGER PAYMENTS-BIGGER THAN WHAT I WAS PROMISED AND THAT I STATED I COULD MAKE.

TO MAKE THINGS WORSE THEY ADVISED CAR THAT WOULD BE FIXED BEFORE I PURCHASED IT BUT NOW IT WILL NOT BE UNTIL I PAY THE REMAINDER OF THE DEPOSIT....

They basically sold us a lemon. I CANT RATE IT A ZERO , SO THE ONE STAR IS A NEGATIVE 1 FOR RATING...We desperately needed a car to accommodate our 6 kids and we had a big down payment. Even at 2000 down, we got jipped.. we had the car for 2 1/2 months and it literally died out.. NOW we're stuck paying for this treverse that is NOT RUNNING..and we only had IT for 6 months now.. but used it for the 2 1/2 months... supposedly was owned by a mechanic who took great care of it, saw the car fax and it looked legit. But do not be fooled.. THEY ACT ALL NICE WHEN UR AGREEING WITH THEM, BUT THE SECOND U HAVE OPINIONS ABOUT THE CAR OR CONTRACT, THEY ARE ALL RUDE! the big Boss girl gives you attitude, the girl who's always on her vapor smoke thing gives you rude looks and gets mad at you if she doesn't agree with your decisions (when it comes to cancling the deal, bc they don't have the car ready)...

First car I was able to get financed on, they made it happen. The whole staff is amazing, I was able to walk in and walk out with a car i liked the same day. I definitely will recommend anyone and everyone to get a car here.

I give these guys no stars. The cars their are absolutely horrible they buy them at auction at dealer cost and take them back to their NON CERTIFIED MECHANICS. they then Dr. Them up to sell them to honest hard working people. Your lucky if your car lasts a month. We had purchased a vehicle from them in less than o month the motor went south. Along with several other problems. They had our car longer than we did. We had four separate major problems with the vehicle in less than three weeks. They gave us a loner car that had absolutely NO OIL IN IT the motor in the loner car blew up and ceased on us leaving my wife whom was 8 months pregnant at the time along with our three amazing boys stranded on the side of the freeway then tried to stick us with the tow bill.. they had our car in their make shift garage for two months and the check engine light is still on and they refuse to fix it. These guys are nothing but a bunch of crooks. The most crooked dealer I have ever been to in my life. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

I am a paint contractor and a sensible man. If you bought a lemon from these guys it is 100% your fault. No one should trust any dealer as to what comes out of their mouth. Quit whining all you "one stars". You should do your do diligence to any car that you purchase, as is. You should proceed with great care and caution and doubt. But you didn't! Take it to your mechanic to do a 150 point inspection. But you didn't. That's what I did and I ended up with a great truck! SIMPLE! And armed with my mechanics noted issues I was able to barter a better deal. SIMPLE! If your unhappy with your purchase (from anyone) you have only yourself to blame! Never buy a car without thorough research and your mechanics approval! Also for you with credit problems and hassles, well, quit buying things on credit. Save up and pay cash and bypass all that crappy paperwork and approval hassle! Don't buy a car until you have the cash. Drive a hoopdy until you can afford to upgrade with saved cash! It's called old school and sacrifice! Mic drop!
