Excellent and caring surgery. Friendly and easy to book and use.

Booked our 3 year old in for a check up. Due to unforeseen diversions on the way we ended up getting there a couple of minutes late. We was told that nobody would be seeing us today despite there being NOBODY in the waiting room and when we asked which doctor we was supposed to see the receptionist rolled her eyes when I said I couldn't remember his name.

I wish it could be 0. Dr Kelton and this practice have now been reported to the GMC, NHS England and the PHSO for serious breaches of Dr Patient confidentiality. I am still in the process of having action taken against Dr Kelton and/or BMG. The situation has caused me to feel unable to accept any medical treatment until the issue is resolved. AWFUL AWFUL, AWFUL! I have also requested my medical files 5 WEEKS ago and still waiting. This medical practice is nothing short of incompetent.
