The was minimal wait time I text that I have arrived(15 minutes before as I was told) and I would say about 3-5 minutes later I received a text to come in. Once inside I waited about another 3-5 minutes doing paper etc. My appointment was for 10am and at 10am I m walking out the door. The tech was very nice she explains what she going to do before she does it and constantly checking to see if your alright....... Everyone here was very nice and pleasant...

I really recommend this place, the staff is very efficient and friendly. The ultrasound tech who did my ultrasound was super friendly and nice. I came in and out as schedule, really fast and professional.

Make sure you clear this place with your insurance...

Make sure you clear this place with your insurance company BEFORE you go. They said it was covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield but it was not and then they sent bill to collection. They are not honest or upfront on billing which is more and more typical in the medical industry.

I had XRay of my back. I parked and texted them.I was here in my car. A few mintues later I was to come in with directions were to go. I was immediately taken care. The office is very clean and the staff was very polite and friendly.
I didn't have to wait I was called in and gone within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend you give Hudson Valley Radiology a try.

Extremely professional! I did not have to wait long to be seen. The technician Loraine, explained the procedure step by step. She was patient and friendly. The office also follows COVID-19 standards.

Their call center is horrible. .. A gentleman I spoke to at the call center when I called was very rude .. He told me that they send emails for the customer to call to make their appointments not the office calls the patients to make appointments .. I had received an email to call to make my appointment .. Why would I need to call ?!! All Doctors offices call to make appointments when it s a referral and it s the patients first time .Neither the less they are supposed to call you to make the appointment .. He went on to say that I had to call to get a referral number from my insurance company so they could schedule the appointment ...
I will say this the young lady was friendly and helpful .. the gentleman That did the scan was great. ..Friendly , very detailed .. Let me know was going. To happen ...I would go back again just because the office was great

The entire staff are respectful and very efficient. The technician that did my X-ray is very kind. Ever since I was going to the Yonkers Avenue location, he is the technician that did almost all my Radiology exams.. I would recommend anyone to go to Hudson valley radiology

Hudson Valley Radiology always takes the best care of me. They always make me feel comfortable and safe. Issues involving radiology can often times be scary, but I know I m in good hands with this team.

Well set up for pandemic precautions.Masks,social distancing,reception area behind plexiglass,single use pencils to complete paperwork,remain in car until they were ready for you,everything (including bathroom )seemed clean and sanitized,plenty of sanitizer available,x-ray personnel capable and professional,and disc rapidly provided to take to referring physician.Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience at the Yonkers office. Ample free parking is on site. The front staff was courteous, I was seen on time, and Covid danger was clearly respected. My technician, Rich, was friendly, calming and knowledgeable. If I need radiology services in the future, i will use this facility.

Found the text check in process very easy & efficient. Kimberly checked me in right away. After a short wait x-ray tech had me in & out in 10mins. Helped myself to a bottled water in the waiting area & I was on my way. Overall a great experience.

Had an apt last weekend for 1:30 and gets text message that their won t be a technician after 12. Canceled apt, now I went today I was there at 12:45 standing in the hallway. They told me to be there a half an hour early. I get told that I cannot come in until 115 I have a busted knee and I could barely stand so I ended up staying sitting on the steps and then I get a text message to come in. The secretary is on the phone with another patient s parent because they couldn t find where their son was because he was sitting in another office, and they were debating on how he was going to pay for his appointment. As it s getting closer to my appointment finally the son pops up and they re gonna put him on the table 14 minutes before my appointment. Very unprofessional, I have two kids sitting in the car with my husband and kids do get bored . Guess I have to get an MRI somewhere else , because I m never going back there. I have other places I have to be today
