Easy to get there from Yio Chu Kang MRT (10 mins walk), hosts multiple offices and companies. There is a small coffee shop in the ground floor which caters mostly to office workers there, the selection is ok but prices are not the cheapest around and expect long queues at the Muslim stall.

Canteen drinks are so expensive. The new stall selling fish ball noodles and herbal soup is worst.The taste is different everytime we eat and contains alot of MSG

No sheltered path to the location. If it rains, no umbrella...you are going to be stuck. For people with disabilities, wheelchair users. It's a horrible place. The person who proposed this industrial location with poor transportation should be fired or prisoned for causing mass distress.
There are 3 major buildings there. 2 carpark entrances and exits. May be quite difficult to search for the place you want to go if it's your first time there.
Food is just so so...the zi char stall can cook really fast but taste is average
most of the shops can be accessed with vehicle, if u are driving u can drive to the unit door steps like a warehse
Well managed Industrial Building with a canteen to feed your hunger and thirst. Occupants are very diversified offering good mix and vibrant to the community here. Transport is super within Singapore, with Yio Chu Kang MRT within 5 to 10 minutes walking. Security are wonderful with Police Force and SCDF just next door.
The place is good, hospitality also nice. But for transport not so many option

The building looks great and is well maintained. The office spaces are rather spacious. Food accessibility is an issue. The canteen has limited food options and is usually packed during peak hours.

New office that is a 15-202 mins walk from mrt station. only has a canteen with orchid road pricing.
It s a multi storey factory building with basement car park.
3 mins walk to the extended YCK bus terminal. 5 mins walk to YCK MRT. A good size canteen, reasonable food and price. Clean and neat work place consist of ID, IT, new car show rooms, after school care, childcare, media production studio. Working there actively on sale & rental.
Canteen is expensive for this location and portion size.

Couldn't find block number. No sign of the elevator. When asked security how to get to a certain floor of a certain building, he gavw wrong info.
Off the main Singapore city and industrial place. Not easy to navigate around for.a new visitor.
expensive food at canteen. chicken rice stall closed for like the 2nd time within 6 months. Too many car dealers in the building. all of them are dumping cars in the underground carpark.
