I have just used Yi Yun Movers on Saturday, 19 May 2018. They provided with me 30 boxes ($100 deposit) for me to pack. On that day, Gerald came, and very quickly put the stuff on trolleys. They carefully wrapped up my items with plastic wraps to prevent water damage.
At the new apartment, they also helped me put the boxes to the different rooms as I instructed.
It was really no frill, no trouble experience for me.
I think the price is reasonable, and service is good.
If i ever move again, I will use their service again.

Definitely recommend! Quotation was very reasonable compared to other companies. Mover crew worked fast although there were only 3 of them and are friendly. Although they came later than the appointed time due to unexpected delay, they had called to inform about the delay. Very professional team who finished the work within 3 hrs. After using a company that I had been using for 13 years and receiving a quotation that was quite frankly outrageous, we were a bit anxious about using a company we hadn t used before. Mr Liang came by our house to give a few estimate. He was polite and efficient. The quote was very competitive but Yi Yun was up against more expensive companies with good recommendations and slick websites. I spoke to Mr Liang about this and decided to take a leap of faith.
As we weren t able to reconcile the move dates, we had to move our things into storage, with a move into our new accommodation some two weeks later. Hao and his team arrived on time and they worked at a blistering pace but still being very careful with our belongings. We had a few last minute items to pack and we could barely keep up! There was no problem supplying us with some extra boxes. The guys really operated as a team, with clearly a strong spirit of camaraderie. They were extremely polite to me and there was no issues at all with moving larger pieces or getting things from awkward spaces or having to disassemble certain items.
About two days before our next move we found out we could no longer move in on our planned date. Mr Liang was super flexible and thankfully there was space the following day!!
Hao and his team arrived again, smiling and in good spirits. They replicated a great team effort to get things in the right place and I must stay, I was totally amazed at how they managed to get things in the locations requested, they were up to the challenge.
I am still unpacking boxes but have not found a single item broken so far.
I am delighted with the service received from Mr Liang, Hao and the rest of the team. Super professional, efficient and cost effective. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company.
I engaged Yi Yun to move some gym equipments. They were very professional, swift and flexible.
The items were heavy and bulky but the team manage to clear faster than expected. Rate quoted very reasonable as compared to other movers and recycling company (probably the lowest you can find).
Very thankful for their help, as our request came in last minute. Nonetheless, they managed to deliver :) Highly recommended.
moving crew came 1 1/2 hours late. and did not notify us that they will be late. had to keep constantly calling to check in on them. was frustrating.
