This place holds education courses and offers other resources for first time homebuyers. The Pre-purchase Education course was specifically designed with first time homebuyers in mind to offer them all the information and advise needed from getting educated, to getting pre-approved for a home loan, ending with what to expect during closing. The employees here are knowledgeable and unbiased when it comes to getting help in buying a home. Highly recommended for anyone thinking about buying a home (Both first time and repeat home buyers).

Ecellent source of information if you are looking to purchase a house and need some insight. The class is about eight hours and worth the forty dollars in my opinion. The counseling is well worth it. I would highly recomend this place to a friend. They will gladly show you the grants that are available to take advantage of. You will have a strong grasp of what you need to do to be home ready after the first counseling session.
