always delayed. Got stuck at the airport today for 3 hours while I called them before I got here they assured me it s on time. Terrible

Want to come to nepal and wait four hours at the airport and still not know your flight is cancelled? Then book yeti! No joke they dont update screens or even tell you that is is cancelled. You have to go up and ask every 10-15 mins even after your flights scheduled departure. Staff is overwhelmed, usually clueless and overall useless. Never fly this airline.

its really good at it services than the other private airlines of Nepal

This airline is notorious for delaying flights. Plan in advance to stay at the cold domestic terminal as my flight was delayed from 8:40 to 11 am. I am still not sure the plane will leave at 11 am. This inconvenience could have been avoided if the airline did not schedule their flights in the morning considering inclement weather during winter. A solution as simple as that would benefit passengers. But hey who cares about customer service right?

Services is good no doubt but needs more improvement on they timing as this problems is with all the airline in nepal they always have excuses on which the plane is late,people uses flight not only for thier comfortable but to save thier time and airlines must value the passenger time.earlier when we board a plane one can sit in any seat as there was no seat numbers been mentioned on the boarding pass,but this days they do mentioned the seat numbers which gives relief to someone who board on last.
Just need to work on thier timing.

It is best for curiour and parsal within the nation . We can receive things through aeroplane within 3 hours . Cost of 1 kg things to parsel it cost NRS 100 .

Nepal has succeeded in having excellent air services. My first flight to a destination is AirAsia. Flying on time, hospitality and more on the fly are a good part of this. In addition, the service provided by this air force in remote parts of the country is commendable. By increasing the number of large planes, it can serve many people. Good luck in paying attention to the elephant security.

The only Air company in Nepal who still has flights scheduled to remote parts of Nepal. Love flying in Yeti or Tara air.

Great company, used them a while ago aswell about 8 years ago and I remember the small tiny plane that we took to the middle of nowhere and something was wrong with the engine so they took it apart on the runway and put it back together and stuck ducktape on it.

It was the worst experience ever. I had to change the name of the passenger due to some circumstances and i even called them stating my problem .They said "ok sir we will change the name of the passenger".But alas! When i reached the airport they said it was impossible to do so. I had to buy a whole new ticket of a 5 hour later flight. Even the staff(of customer care counter) was very rude in every aspect.Really very disappointed .

The worst I had. They brought us to the plane last minute they canceled because they don't have enough time to fly. Last minute. Think twice before you fly.

Very bad experience in yeti airlines they are biggest fraud of Nepal I reached few min later they are ready to give the boarding pass all the luggage are put the sticker but when I show nepali passport with foreigner visa suddenly they change their mind and said to me there is no seat for me for the next flight they had only one seat but they told me it takes 3000 rupee extra I already paid for three person At last they took 9000 rupee of mine without service its a big mafia of Nepal how could I left my 11 years son and 78 years father in law in airport without any security.

Club card pays you in return. They just asks for the minimal fees once reaching the required mileage.
