Never open an account with Yes Securities. They have no systematic procedure to open any account. No follow up. Employees work as per their own mindset. They take 3 months to open an account, that too, after misplacing your documents, they wait for you to call and ask why the account is not opened yet and reply saying "they have no idea", "its not my job, i have forwarded the documents". They create total chaos. They have no idea when your money gets blocked. You have to call each time for smallest thing. It feels like you have not opened an account with them but as if you are working for them. Their employees are worst when it comes to dealing with customers. Worst Private Sector I have worked with till date. They should seriously close Yes Securities rather than wasting peoples time.

30+ minutes of trying to get through to Yes Securities, without an answer, what purpose does this department have ,,,,, 3 numbers are out of service and 2 remain un-answered continuously ,,,,,, what a sham & a shame, how is one expected to deal in securities, with this sort of service, in Yes Bank ? ? Absolutely no sense having a demat account here ! !

Fraud Brokers in the market. Complete liars, don't fall in the trap of opening the account and losing money later. They cheat in contract notes and outdated systems. Only interest is to earn high brokerage.
Ample options in market.

Very Pathetic Services of Yes Securities. Yes Bank should concentrate on Banking sector and they are good in banking. Securities sector is not their cup of tea. The Whole Securities staff and systems are at fault and even they are not solving it. I suggest stay away.

Hello everyone, please note that Yes securities is a very misleading platform . Do not even think of opening an account and putting your hard earned money in their hands. I am saying this with experience. Their MTF platform is a fraudulent program . Never invest with Yes securities. You will suffer for the rest of your life

Worst place to invest your time & money. Unprofessional managers. Work culture, too bad. Biased managers encourage their favorite ones, take their side even though they make errors. Better do not join this company and stay away from politics and selfish managers.

Pathetic is the least one can say about the website, services and trading platform / app.. The employees keep pushing the customers, saying that the brokerage plans and order placement is so smooth.. Trust me, don't trust what they say... In today's world, when the concept of linked accounts i.e. integrated bank and trading accounts is high, they do not have it. The mobile app does not have function to allocate funds and vice versa. If u wish to place order from the mobile app, u need to first visit the website and allocate money. R u kidding me?? Many such negatives. Hence, inspite being in the business for more than 5 years, they do not have a name or have a really bad name in the industry.. The earlier CEO resigned dramatically during the worst period and the new CEO, poor guy is trying to make lose ends meet... I wish him and the team All the Best.. Hope they succeed in what they want to achieve. But its still a very long journey.... Mark my words..

Pathetic Customer care Service. I have called them up 100 times and every time after 45 min hold no one picks up the call and call gets disconnected. Never opt for Yes Securities

Not professional advisory investment just cheating so they get their brokerage commission.Yes Securities Nifty50 Plus product has consistently highly underperformed than Nifty50. Not worth investing through Yes Securities.

Worst Services Ever. I won't even offer a star. They have the most pathetic customer care service. They'll definitely not help you when it matters most.

Its one hell of a brokerage firm. Trust my word if you are planning to open an account for Shares. Just dont choose them. They only have 10 staff in the dealing room for covering pan India clients. On top of that they change the numbers of dealing room which they dont inform. They promise you that you will be provided by RM who is omnipresent. Brokerage rates are also very high. Students like me who buy 5 shares or 10 shares have to pay lot of money on brokerage. I wish google had option of ZERO star. You will always find your calls will get connected after10-15 attempts i.e. 20mins by which your price change drastically. I STILL DONT HAVE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF DEALING ROOM.

Worst service.. Lazy people, Yes bank pays no attention to yes securities department. They just formed this department for the sake of competition with other private banks.

The new website has a user friendly interface. It is very easy to navigate across the website and invest in equities and other financial instruments.

Stocks allotted are still not showing in demat account to sell on the opening day of an ipo. The customer care person says they have an IT glitch. Who bares the losses because of their glitch ??

I am highly disappointed with the services. My trading account got dormant and I have been trying for last 8 days to get it reactivated, wrote 4 mails, but still there is no success. Even they are not responding to the mails in one day.
