Came here because a good friend referred me. Big mistake. Although the facility is nice, the wait was ridiculous. Took about 3 hours and that was because I had an appointment. Pretty disorganized. Won't be coming back.
This place does not even deserve a 1 star it deserves none at all, I highly do not recommend this Doctors office, PA Husna Ahmed is a joke and does not help the patients at all, she assumes she knows what your going through and then does not want to prescribe the right medication to you. I suffer from anxiety, always getting these anxiety attacks every night I have sleepless nights and she refuses to prescribe the right medication to help me. That place just wants 100 bucks every time you enter that door. I paid the 100 bucks spoke to her about my issue and she prescribes me something that made me feel worse and I went back the next day to have her change it to the medication that I know helped me in the hospital and she refused it . Oh and that if I wanted to talk to her I had to be seen again and pay the 100 bucks again, rip off Hindu Doctor Husna Ahmed (PA)! And you wait 5hrs to be seen by the doctor,Thanks for nothing.

Dr. Cancelled my last two appointments before going back from disability to work.. Had to wait for over a hour and a half for a different doctor because my doctor cancelled my appointment without telling me.
Every time I call, no one answers! It will ring and ring with department options to choose from but I tried every single option and no one answers! This is very frustrating.

Worse patient services and even worst, longest waiting time ever. If you are scheduled in the morning, be prepared to wait 3 to 6 hours easily. Extremely frustrating to say the least. People around me were stating that this time frame is considered the norm, but I'm sorry, it shouldn't be and people need to stop conforming to this kind of service. Furthermore, every person I dealt with spoke Spanish to me assuming I understood what was being asked and said. Even calling, automated system was horrible experience. Dr Yazji was only positive experience by far.
Went in to get my results, my appointment was for 10am. An hour later still 2 patients in front of me. Asked for my refund and left. Waisted an hour of my time and didn't get my results....how about that!
Very upset at the way this office conducts their business! After waiting for 3 hours to be seen by a PA, we were told that we had one more hour to go until someone could see us! Everyone that had been seeing patients left for the day leaving only one PA to take care of everyone sitting in that clinic! Never again will we go back to this place!
I have never in my life seen such incompetent staff as the people in this office. It takes 5-6 phone calls to get through. Then they put you on hold for 1/2 hour. Then you have to call back. Awful, terrible staff.
The women in the front are extremely rude.One of the lady s had no idea about why I called even after explaining myself multiple times . The wait time is over 2 1/2 hours just to wait in another room to wait some more.
Got here at 1:50 PM as a walk-in and saw there were quite a few people in the lobby. I asked the receptionist how long the walk in wait was. She said an hour. So I decided to wait and stay. It wasn't until 2 hours in that just my vitals were taken. I was then asked to wait in the lobby once more. It's been nearly 3 hours since then and there are now 5 patients in the lobby. I asked up front how many patients were ahead of me and the new receptionist (new because the previous receptionist's shift had ended) said I was up next. Two other patients were called up and I'm still waiting as the patient that's "up next". How fortunate that I decided to waste 5 hours of my life waiting just to get a refill prescription on my day off because if it was any other day, I would have demanded a refund and left after the first 2 hours. If you don't mind the flakiest doctors in existence having you wait 5 hours only to see you for 5 minutes, then by all means come and visit. Otherwise, I'd recommend twiddling your thumbs for the same amount of time, since just as much gets done. Not coming here again.
Dr Yazji took care of my nephew and my nephew is doing good
Went in as a walk in, gave them my insurance card only to be told the girl that verifies insurance left for the day but we can charge you full price and reimburse you if the insurance is active, really 5people behind the counter and no one knows how to verify!
All the staff is this place are incompetent. I had an appointment and waited over 3 hours. They wouldn't return my money, I had to come another day to get my money. Save yourself the headache folks please go some where else your medical help.
Dr. Yazji rarely shows up and when he does, it may be for an hour or 3 hours in a week. I had from staff call me to cancel my meeting the day prior because he was leaving early but when I became frustrated, then said I could be seen at 8:00 am. When I showed up at 8:00 am, they told me he wasn't going in and would have to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Extremely unprofessional.
I once came in at 8:30 AM and did not get out until 5 PM. Didn't eat all day! Today I got here at 9:00 AM and its 2:30 PM They lost my chart twice today. The lost chart is the excuse for not calling me in.
Very organized, and I've been waiting for my prescription for almost 2 days. Too many PA's and not enough Doctors. I do not recommend them at all. And will not return.
I have been a patient of Doctor Yazji for the past 14 years. Yes the wait is long but worth it. The staff might need some polishing but the overall experience is exceptional. Thanks to him I still have my kidneys...
5/12/2018 was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Yazji at 11:20am. I arrived on time, 5 hours later, I am told that there are still two patients ahead of me. My question is how is this ok?
I was told I needed to remain in antibiotics, and that a prescription was sent to my pharmacy... They didn't have my prescription at the pharmacy. I called back, and they they sent me to voicemail. I left a message, Three days later, and they still haven't sent a prescription, or returned my call. The level of incompetence is above average.
Every time I visited this clinic I have always gotten the help I needed. Dr. Yazji is extraordinary however the wait time is very long even with an appointment.
Very inconsiderate of the patients. Been waiting 2 1/2hours and nothing. I told them my mother hadn't eaten anything and they said to wait it wouldn't take long to check her vitals. This office is horrible
These doctors should go back and read the Hippocratic Oath so that they can remember the real reason they became doctors. They should hire new physician assistants because the ones they have are horrible and a new office manager would be nice too. I m still waiting for a referral since February to see a cardiologist; which is the reason I went in. I could go on and on about my awful experience, but I'm sure I won't be the last.
Haven t been to a doctor in forever, was recommended to come here and appointment was at 9 am. It s 10 45 am right now and apparently there are still 2 patients in front of me. Can t afford to take that kind of time. No matter how good they are, if you are a busy person, this place is very unreliable and I definitely don t recommend it. This place is extremely disrespectful to the patient simply from a schedule standpoint, because they obviously don t care at all about their patients time. And it s not just me, since I have been in here one person cursed out the front desk clerk for the fact that he had been waiting for his appointment so long, and another had to ask to reschedule. And both of those people arrived after I did. Avoid this place if your time is valuable to you.
Worst clinic, they take so long every time.

I called them to make an appointment to come in to be treated for injuries from an auto accident. They told me I could come in the same day on a walk-in basis. When I got there, the lady at the desk told me a whole other story. She turned me away, saying I needed to come back the following day during the hours of which I am at work. Extremely unprofessional, and I had to seek treatment elsewhere. I have also been fraudulently billed by this office after my insurance paid their claims. This office ought to be investigated.
If you want to waste about 5 hours to even be seen, and that's with an appointment, by all means go there. This is by far the worst organized doctor's office I've ever paid for.
I came in as a walk in told the clerk I had a new insurance but hadn t updated it. I never received an insurance card or anything. He said don t worry we can check in the system if it s active. I know my insurance was active but I just needed to confirm so there wouldn t be any complications. The clerk told me just take a seat and I ll check in a minute. So I sat down for about 2 hours. The clerk finally calls me and tells me I can t check if your insurance is active the system is down. He tells me it s best for you to come back tomorrow morning. I get there the next morning I waited in front for 2 hours again. Then some lady calls me to the back where I have to wait for another 2 hours. I felt like I wasted so much of my day waiting there. I don t recommend this place if your a busy person.

Ok, me an my wife arrive to the office at 12:10 for my scheduled visit. When we arrive we are told that the doctor wasn't in today an would be practicing out the Ridge rd office. I was upset bc nobody told me that the doc wasn't gonna be in edinburg office when I called to make the appt. We were told that someone called to confirm the appt an they should of told us on the phone. I then explained that my back was hurting an I have Flu like symptoms an had just gotten out the hospital a few days ago. I was then told that there was only a Nurse Practitioner available an they would be able to give me the PROPER treatment an care I needed. Once I got to the back room an the NP came in to evaluate me she was taking everything I said in the totally opposite direction. What does my congestion an coughing have to do with my allergies? What does my back pain got to do with my allergies? It just seemed like everything resorted back to her saying its just my allergies. Point is they will tell you what you want to hear just to get you in the door an to do testing on you even though they cant prescribe the proper medications to treat a back pain an flu so they can just bill your insurance thousands of dollars... This lady NP Hdz wanted to give me an steroid injection an told me I can get something called melatonin over the counter to help me sleep better.. She was gonna give me the injection before doing lab work which made no sense to do the lab work after our visit is done an wrongfully diagnosing me. I DO recommend Dr. Yazji but not his NP's bc she was very unprofessional an trying to rush diagnosing me an can not prescribe the proper medication for the severe pain I was in for my back.
You will never see Dr.Yazji he's more businessman than doctor nowadays. I've come here for many years. My dad's a patient and other family members as well. Came in after several years and they said I wasn't established since it had been a while since I've had to come in. I guess being healthy is bad according to them and your status will change due to lack of visits.
Definitely a long wait, .but maybe it had something to do with being a new patient.
Was given the option to wait longer for Dr. Yazji or be seen by a PA..opted for the PA. Definitely made the best choice. The PA listened, asked questions, listened to our answers, was not in a rush, answered our concerns and above all she was kind. No problems with the rest of the staff. Besides the wait time, the experience was pretty good.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WORST EVER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE. THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THIER PATIENTS!! AGAIN.... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
