I find Yates to be the best place I have ever worked in my several decades of being a machinist. Machinists know what to expect when it comes to overtime. I appreciate the opportunity for the OT. The pay is based on experience and is on par with the average for the region or better. Plenty of opportunity for raises and advancement as the company is always growing. Yates is like one big family and the benefits are great. Yates is a great place to work and you will be treated like an adult and with respect. We at Yates pride ourselves in putting our customers needs first and getting a quality job done for them. Having it done when they need it and having it be right. That's what makes Yates the number one choice for all hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder needs, large and small, new or rebuilt, 24/7. I first hired in with Yates over 10 years ago and have seen the company grow tremendously. If you are dependable, do good work and want a great steady job, or you are a business looking for a great cylinder source; look no further, Yates is the place for you!

We have purchased cylinders for use on machines in our facility. No quality issues, was completed on time, and a very friendly staff helped us cross our old cylinder into a new one.

A great company, big enough to understand the industry yet agile. Maintains a high level of quality and customer care and satisfaction. In my opinion the best in the industry.

Great industrial hydraulics doesn't give this the credit due for the long-term performance of the hydraulic cylinders theu produce . I definitely reccomend you speak to this company and spend the extra few dollars on guaranteed quality by using Yates .

Management treats people like worthless cattle, a drill bit is more important to them than their employees well being. underpays, lies about advancement, employees are under constant stress.

Great product, but more importantly, excellent service. Been using Yates on and off for over 7 years. They've done some really good and unique work for me in this time, such as a 5 gallon 4:1 intensifier cylinder, used for testing Space X valves, and a large spring-to-extend cylinder in a fiberglass plant. For the last 2 years, Yates has been my first call because of the service I receive from my inside and outside sales contacts.

I ve recently had a string of rather minor issues with my cylinders but overall they still perform well. Yates is relatively on par with there competitors prices, maybe slightly lower.
