I met with Chad at my home to discuss a landscaping project. He said he would get back to me in two weeks with a proposal. Never heard from him. Against my better instincts I called 6 weeks later to get an estimate on a pool project. I told the woman who answered of my prior experience and she doubted that I had actually met with Chad and said he would get back to me that afternoon. Three days later it s time to move on.
