Joy Louis, the current community manager is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever seen. In my opinion she is simply hateful toward other people that doesn't look like her. Just pure discrimination is what we have experienced. Joy Louis, should be fired long time ago.We have been living here for the last 4 years at the Villa Monterrey Apartment in Overland park, KS. The community managers have not been that great even in the past .But this current one is the worst i have ever seen. Everytime something breaks and we had to request a maintenance, for one we would have to wait unreasonable number of days regardless of how serious it is. When we call to follow up she is very rude and disrespectful. She will act like she is doing us a favor. Nothing get fixed here in reasonable time. But the level of rudeness and hate toward residents makes me wonder why she is even here? We are now waiting for our lease to be completed so we can leave this place. I love the location and the apartment but if you have a maintenance need, they will make you feel like you are a piece of trash

I called about a home inspection that was done by Stephanie Renfro. The inspection was done very poorly, a lot of items where missed like the dishwasher being marked as operational Ute the drain hose was not connected, faucets leaking and many other issues. I called and left a message by somebody who seems very concerned, yet I never received a return phone call.

Moved out. Glad I did. I feel so much happier, now. Enough said.

I've lived here since 2010 it has been very nice place to live, until about 4ish years ago, this place is a joke, nothing gets done around here. It's April 27th and they have not mowed the grounds not even once. This place is trashy and falling apart. Maybe if they would pay the mowers from last year, maybe we could get the ground mowed. The grass and weeds are almost knee high. This place has become horrible...

I worked for Jennie in Payroll and it was very political and high school in the Corporate office. I would not recommend anyone to work there.

I contacted this company to get information about questions that I needed answered and the receptionist had such a very bad attitude and was very unprofessional when answering calls and if this is the type of people you have representing your company this is not acceptable. I m currently waiting to receive a call back and address this behavior. That s poor customer service skills especially when working with the general public!

I called this morning to speak with someone regarding a property. the first lady i spoke with gave me a number to call to get ahold of the property. i called and got the same voicemail ive been getting for two weeks. so i called yarco back and got the same lady. i asked her to speak with her manager because she was being rude. she then hung up on me. i soon after got a call from the reginal manager for the property. they then tell me oh the reason the first lady hung up is because you called several times. what? i work customer service and that is no way to treat a prospective tenant. that is very rude and unprofessional.

I went to one of their income base/ section 8 properties here in Missouri to see about leasing, ok, went looked at the apartment, loved it and wanted it, filled out paperwork for it and payed a $300 deposit as well as a $25 app fee. Long story short, I did not get approved for it and the ONLY way they were to not give me my deposit back is if I falsified anything on the rental app and are a felon. I have a PENDING felony case that has been hanging over my head for 6 1/2 years now because I am in the process of getting it off of my record and there has obviously been NO CONVICTION, they did not give me my $300 deposit back when I HAD EVERY RIGHT TO GET IT BACK because I did not falsify anything on my app nor am I A FELON. I will be suing this company as a whole including the apartment complex that kept my money. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM EVER BC THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY STRUGGLING TO FIND A PLACE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
