Class act all the way. Believe me when I tell you that Yantis has the most professional PM's and Supers in the biz. I have been a subcontractor for almost 10 months now and they are a class act. You hear the negative rumors around town and I can tell you 1st hand that it's all bs. Sure not every day is paradise that's contracting but at the end of the day they care about quality of work ,safety and their employees and they def put their $ where their mouth is. I look forward to another year workjng with this great company. Thank you Yantis we are proud to be a subcontractor for you.

I followed up on a recent application for the position of Assistant Project Manager at this Company and was told by the person responsible for communications that she would have one of the Project Managers call me. I called and talked to one of the Project Managers and stated that I was still interested in the position if it was available. He said that they still had one position available and since I called they would consider my interest in the Hiring process. I also hand delivered a resume and talked to two of the Project Managers in person. One of them said they would email me a series of test and if I passed. They would contact me for a more in depth interview. I did not receive any phone calls nor did I receive any test via email. A word of advice to the Yantis Company: If one of your Employees is saying something to a prospective Employee. They should always follow up in a Professional manner.

But his boss Terminated me and and I'm confused struggling because of this.also they would tell me there's no work when there was and I'm missing two weeks of pay. I just didn't think this could of happened I called the office they won't let me speak with hr or the superintendent I'm just saying people shouldn't be treated this way.i just hope some can know about this

This company is a Great Company. It will get done in a professional manner, they have a great team. I had a great job as a driver for them 'Hollywood'. Thank you Mr. Mike Yantis and L & M Steele.

Very bad employers to work for. They will not only have you sit home for weeks at a time so not to fire you they also see their crews as in disposable. No sense of security. Get ready to have them lie and steal from you if you work here.

Yantis is doing repair work in my neighborhood (unfortunately they were also the original contractor from 13 years ago). They are just as unprofessional as Rausch Coleman Homes, the builder that they are currently working for. I've had to call the City of Elmendorf on them several times already for asinine decisions they have made. I've reached out to Yantis a couple of times but it's easier for them to ignore than to actually answer for their work.

Hello pretty much the same going on with me as the last 3-4 reviews I absolutely love/loved my job with Yantis pay was great hrs were great until covid of course, equipment was better than average forsure although I did start to question y we started switching machines more often then before but higher ups have theyre reasons is what I left it to.
All around great company to work for but I the same as last three reviews feel I was wrongfully terminated
I worked for the company for two years and had only called in once volunteerd on holidays when no one else really wanted to capable of operating all machines the company had and the second time I had to call in I called into my blademan which I had done 1 other time and with other companies as well
Baseman said ok I had an accident earlier that week in a 2019 4x4 dodge ram and had to speak and meet with the adjusters to talk about the truck and the claim that was on a Friday and come Monday I was informed by a foreman that ive had problems with throughout my time at Yantis was informed I no longer worked for Yanfis any longer. Called everyone I knew at the company and talked with new hiring manager/hr rep and he told me sit tight he was going to try to get me back on with a crew cause he knew how that foreman could be and two weeks later I havent heard a word back
So thats my story and if I could change anything to get backin with a Damn good company I would cause withojt that steady check my family and I r kinda starting to struggle

This experienced construction company busted a water line that caused my entire subdivision to not have water all day. I understand meeting deadlines and making money but your negligence and lack of communication affected my family and my wages. May our frustration help guide you in the future.
