We had the pleasure of enjoying the vapor caves multiple times during our recent trip to Glenwood Springs. Very inviting and rejuvenating experience. Please remember this is a natural (earthy) experience, not man designed and created and therefore if you are seeking a ritzy frilly spa, stay upstairs in the actual spa. These are beautiful natural sweat caves. If you don't like to sweat, then don't go. Use common sense please! If you are seeking a wonderful time in a natural setting this is your place!

Gotta go! If you like saunas you will love these natural made caves. Great history here too. I don't know if they still do it but once a year they have the Sioux(?) Indians come in to bless the caves for health, healing and good spirits to watch over the caves. I don't think you will be disappointed. Some pretty good massage therapist, nail techs, Aveda facials, hair stylists, body wraps, scrubs and I also believe they still have the Japanese hot tub(s) as well. These are huge tubs of natural water, that is also in the caves, for large private groups only. Check it out.

We read the negative reviews after we had booked a couples massage and we're glad we didn't let those reviews affect our enjoyment.

Both Dylan Scioletti and Carlie Sims gave excellent massages. We found their energy and care to be stellar and will be requesting them when we return.

We found the facility to be clean overall and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Because of this, we returned later the same day for manicures although we'd planned on going somewhere else.

Minus 1 star for older robes, but with newer robes Yampa Spa would have 5 stars!

There are like 5 or 6 individual connected caves with benches to sit on. I enjoyed a good steam and sweat in the caves, and then got the private 2 person room with hot spring water piped up from the caves into a big soaker tub. Finished with a couples massage. All around really great service and a unique place with a service you cant find elsewhere. Go for it!!

This place is great I enjoyed the receptionists they were very nice and very helpful and very very friendly we got a massage that came with the cave pass and the masseuse was very amazing high quality massage for sure my body felt relaxed and rejuvenated Unfortunately they had only one masseuse at the time so I got my massage first and then went to the vapor cave and then my friend got his.
The Vapor cave was very nice it was nice and hot enough to feel like a new experience to a Sauna

I really enjoyed this place and I would definitely recommend it to anybody who wanted to check it out

Amazing!! Having never treated myself to a spa day, I left feeling quite relaxed and felt each treatment offered in the monthly package was well worth every penny. I will certainly treat my self once a month with their monthly package, it offers a mineral bath, sugar scrub wrap, neck back and head massage and unlimited use of the vapor caves.
The staff was all professional and I was treated with respect and privacy.
Great place!

Holy cow! Amazing. Seems like most of the people who come thru this part of the world have no sense of adventure or enjoy anything that is unique or actually natural. It s a shame that people would comment on the vapor caves in a negative manor because they are dark or creepy.

I have traveled the world and experienced many thermal activities, and this is one of the best.

I went there this week and really enjoyed my massage and relaxing in the hot steam caves, but I stubbed my toe and broke it in the poorly lit caves. The lady at the front desk showed no compassion, and repeatedly told me that this had never happened before. She was much more concerned about her business than about my pain or my injury. The only support she offered was a bandaid!

I usually enjoy spending a couple of hours at the vapor caves when passing through Glenwood. It s an old building that needs a little TLC and updating but I can look past it s aesthetics as long as things are clean. If you ve never been, the small locker room only has a curtain for privacy that gets left open often. The curtain theme was also part only the massage room decor and the area where I was given my massage was basically in an open atrium with stalls that opened at the ceiling where other patrons were receiving their treatments.
When booking my massage I specifically asked for deep tissue because I find it frustrating to get a massage where the therapist just rubs lotion on me. I have no gender preference for my therapist and often prefer males because they can be a bit stronger than some female therapists. I had requested that he only work on my neck and shoulders for the 50 minute session. He began by breathing heavily as he gently pressed on my back then he spread a large amount of oil on my back while breathing heavily... did I mention he was breathing heavily... the whole massage... right on my skin. It was weird. He way too deeply worked my arms for ten minutes, each, and right in the endangerment site where the nerves and blood vessels are, you re not really supposed to massage there and certainly not with deep pressure. Then he applied a lot more oil and worked one side of my spine with almost deep pressure and applied a lot more oil then completely forgot to work the other side of my spine. Unfortunately I think I got someone who didn t pay attention in school because when I asked for specific work done on my subscapularis, he had no idea where that was nor did he know how to work on it. Being a massage therapist myself and a former educator in the field I quietly explained to him where that was and even showed him how to work it, which he did a good job. This was easily one of the worst massages I ve ever received and the reason I gave two stars was because he did something so many massage therapist before failed to do... that was, in the end, he listened. $95 was way too much to spend on a massage from someone who obviously needs more/better education.

I spent two days and more than 10 hours at the establishment and thoroughly enjoyed every treatment. From my experience, I suggest arriving early of the morning and being one of the first people through the door, as they do get quite busy as the day rolls on. The vapor caves were a treat. I will admit that there is a touch of sulfur in the air, but nothing so overpowering as to drive you away. A tip for any glasses wearers, dip 'em in the hot water to keep them from steaming up. I totally recommend the full body massage with reflexology. I walked away feeling better than I had in years.

Who ever answers the phones is incredibly rude and unpleasant. I called in to book a few massages and after getting the times had to double check to make sure they were good. I call back literally a minute later and get placed on hold for 5 minutes and then get asked if they can call me back. An hour later they call me and inform me that the spots I wanted were just booked. I ended up getting two massages booked even though I needed three. Based on the way the last person was on the phone, I honestly want to cancel the ones I did make.

This place is my favorite destination for relaxation. It s dated as far as the building but it is certainly not lacking because of it. Well run machine here.
The under ground natural steam caves are a must for the full experience.
Hotel Colorado. Hot springs and Yampah is our trifecta.
Ride the train in and you ll not be sorry.

Coming here was such a unique experience! I came with my wife and we got the monthly special which included all day access to the caves, a mineral bath, a full-body cucumber wrap, and an hour massage. The caves are so interesting and steamy; it is a real natural wonder! There is a slight sulfur smell to the air in the caves but after you are down there for a few minutes you stop noticing it. After being down there for a bit we came up and sat in the solarium and just relaxed before our mineral bath. The bath water is pulled directly from the underground hot spring and felt great! The cucumber body wrap that followed was even better and left our skin feeling moisturized and smooth. At the end we got a couples massage and the gentleman performing them were phenomenal! They know how to give a deep tissue massage.

This spa is nice enough. My wife and I had a mineral bath, and toured the vapor caves, both of which were nice. The bath attendant didn't really attend to much besides showing us to the mineral bath room and knock that my time was up. I recommend this location if you're looking for a private place to soak and relax.

Excellent place for relaxation. Competitve pricing compared to other spas. All services come with free access to vapor caves which are unreal. The most refreshing intense sauna I've ever experienced. There is a great cool down relaxation room available with cold water and lounge chairs. Masseuse could have been slightly more thorough on my neck and back massage but overall great 5 star ultimate relaxation experience.

This review is for my recent experience at Yampah ...

This review is for my recent experience at Yampah Spa. I first called to inquire about receiving a foot reflexology treatment. I asked if any of the massage therapists at the spa are specifically trained in reflexology. The front desk person told me that yes all of their massage therapists are trained in reflexology. I decided to go ahead and give it a try. Well, what I received was definitely not a reflexology treatment. It was a nice foot massage and relaxing, but definitely not reflexology. I have received a reflexology treatment by a certified reflexology practitioner so I do know the difference. Since I wanted a true reflexology treatment - not just a foot massage - I was quite disappointed, to say the least and it was definitely a waste of $57 plus tip for a 25 minute treatment (even though the foot massage did not equate to reflexology, I still feel it is only fair to tip the massage therapist). If it had been true reflexology, then the $57 may have been acceptable but still pricey for only 25 minutes probably.

Lesson learned.

There may be some fine massage therapists perhaps at Yampah and you may be ok to go there for a general massage... But it feels a bit like a "massage factory" - cannot say I enjoy the atmosphere - noisy and does not feel the cleanest (perhaps a byproduct of being part of a vapor caves facility, though they definitely need to do some updating-the building is old and shows it). The bathroom I used was tiny and very unappealing especially when you are hoping for a nice spa experience.

From a personal preference standpoint, I will not be selecting Yampah for my future massage or spa experiences. (I might go again for a pedicure, however, as I did receive a nice pedicure there once... Their salon area is a little more inviting & they use AVEDA products).

Alternate recommendation: if you are looking for a similar experience nearby in Glenwood Springs, but want a Nicer massage/spa facility... I recommend Spa of the Rockies at the Glenwood Hot Springs (& no, I do not work there!... I have only been there to receive a few different treatments). They have much more upgraded facilities and it is very quiet and relaxing in the spa there.

Besides the Parking and road noise one of the best experience in relaxing in the steam caves. I just wish it was in a more remote place away from the noise and had a juice bar so you would want to hang out more.

I've been here multiple times and have always had ...

I've been here multiple times and have always had a nice experience. However, this past time was extremely disappointing and borderline offensive. Not because of the cave itself, because of issues that were not only ignored, but shushed away without so much as an apology. My friend and I were subjected to a man exposing himself to us and others as well as committing....how to put this nicely...... enjoying himself too much IN public, IN the caves (a CRIME). This included him coming in multiple times to the women's locker room and exposing himself and not leaving. (I have NO issue with nudity and have frequented clothing optional places.) But when you don't follow the rules of the establishment (VApor caves is NOT clothing optional), that's not ok and clearly made others very uncomfortable to say the least. We I a second day hoping it would be "less eventful" and I truly don't know why we bothered giving them our business. I understand that things happen and business owners can't control everything. But when we asked what happened with the man yesterday (the cops were called so I know someone reported him), all we got was an excuse that, "he snuck in by hopping the wall and had cancer." First, what does having an illness have to do with exposing yourself to a group of people? Secondly, that wall is easily over 8ft tall and solid concrete. Unless he was Superman, there is no way he hopped that wall and sounds like a cop out excuse. People who come are given ONE towel, at the front and are forced to pay for extra towels if they want one (chintzy move in and of itself). These are issued to you at the front door and I've never seen one laying around. If he'd snuck in, he wouldn't have had access to said towel. I call b.s. that he snuck in and not to sound callous, but his "cancer" story, doesn't fly as an excuse for committing a sexual offense. Second major offense: nude exposure aside, everyone had to choose a two hour time frame to maintain COVID safety measures. However, when we mentioned that our time was up in a while to fellow patrons, an entire group told us not to bother because they'd been there for four hours and no one was checking. No wonder it kept getting busier! So not only were we subjected to a flasher "pleasuring himself" with not so much as an "I'm sorry that happened," we were actually charged extra for a hand towel. A HAND TOWEL. How about an "our bad, have an extra towel for the inconvenience." Or JUST a, "so sorry you had that experience." In no way did we expect anything free, discounted, etc. because of the previous day, but the gesture was the least they could've done. We also felt ripped off because we left early knowing that others weren't respecting the COVID restrictions. I believe it is upon the staff and the owner to make sure these rules are being followed. We went to a different hot springs that night (not the massive one), and they had it down to a fine science assuring no one went over their time limit and it was a much larger facility. It's doable. I don't expect additional services or concessions even if something happened that was not the fault of the owner, but I d@arn well expect some sympathy for the unpleasant experience and follow COVID rules!!!!!!!!!

A very unique experience, many choices at one place. The vapor caves are relaxing, imagine a blend of sauna and steam room.

50 minute massage was wonderful, the therapist was attentive and balanced pressure very well.

We showed up about 45 minutes before the massage to allow time for the vapor caves and some relaxing in the solarium.

The facility when you drive up and walk in seems a bit underwhelming but the service and experience makes up for any missing initial esthetic.

The hot caves are phenomenal! We got a complimentary mineral bath due to a messed up massage booking, and that. Was phenomenal as well! If they do some work to their massage staff, I would give them 5*.there was a mistake when booking the massage and we had to come back the next day. Messed up our morning plans for a hike, and the massage was lackluster, so I was a little let down. But, the caves were definitely worth the experience.

A very cool place to rest or sleep in hot underground spas. It's literally possible to sleep for 30 min to an hour in a sauna-type environment. At first, its impossible but once you go 4 or more times per 2 weeks, it's no problem. I'd go there every day if I lived close by.

Nice place. The caves have slabs to lay on to warm your muscles before your massage. The massage was good. Dont get hot stone added if you want a deep massage because they can't do both. They dont tell you that when you book. They do offer free flip flops but you have to ask.

This place was a game changer! Patsy and all of the staff were so sweet and accommodating.
The vapor caves were unlike anything you will ever experience. The private bath was so amazing.
This water at Yampah is different. You can feel that it the real deal, so pure and healing. After years of coming in from out of state to go to the hot springs. I will come here for a private bath moving forward. Wish I knew about this place sooner!
I just left and already can t wait to come back. We will be back after the holidays, I will have to make sure to get a massage at the next visit.

I came in for a manicure and it was THE WORST experience I could have imagined. They had me pay for the service before we had even started. It was $34 for a regular manicure. No shellac just regular polish. And I was charged an additional $10 to have my acrylics removed. The lady that did my nails was obnoxious, talked my ear off, and would not let me get a word in edgewise. Which is fine. The salon can't control an employees personality. She DID NOT remove my acrylic nails. The manicure looks like a 5 year old did it. She packed on globs of nails polish and then brought me downstairs and dried my nails with a hair dryer for 10 minutes. Which of course got messed up later because she put way too much polish on. So basically I paid $45 for a crappy manicure over my acrylics that were not removed. And now I'll have to pay to go get them fixed. I'm extremely disappointed and am telling everyone I know to NEVER get their nails done there. I wish I had asked for a partial refund.

Given the few negative reviews, I was hesitant, expecting a dark, poop filled dungeon. Not so. The facility was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing. Don't go there expecting to find a romantic, secluded get away. This place gets a lot of visitors and in no way was it private. But it was enjoyable if you are a bit adventurous, but still relaxing and feels nice. There was a diverse crowd of baby boomers, twenty somethings singles and couples, and some foreigners. For the most part everyone respected the signs that said speak quietly. The few foreigners, they sounded like some part of Eastern Europe and were speaking somewhat loudly and had to be shushed a few times. I hope the staff can make it clear or put multilingual signs up in the future to ensure foreigners understand they need to speak quietly.

The Cave:
The cave is not "pitch black". It is dimly lit. It is like the pathway in the move theater, between the hallway and the opening to the seating. It is darker than the pictures on their website, but not too dark you can't navigate your way. There are spot lights pointing up at the ceiling of the cave throughout. Although it was a busy day, we had no trouble finding a seat. They are literally marble slabs, hot but not too hot that it would burn you. It was relaxing to sit on. You can also lay on them. As you can imagine, it is like a steam room, the floors are wet with shallow puddles, then benches are slightly damp, and you start sweating quickly. There was also buckets you can fill with the cave water and put your feet in, although it might take a couple of minutes for the water to cool off enough to do so. To get into the cave, you walk down a narrow set of concrete stairs from the hallway above. There is a slight sulfur smell, it was slight enough that it did not bother me. The smell was not as strong as the sulfur smell at the hot springs pool.

The Facility:
The facility is standard decor, spa and massage facility. The solarium has chairs and padded recliners for you to relax while you cool off to go back into the cave. They offered lemon water, and played relaxing spa like music, and had an array of plants throughout.

The locker room was a single row of lockers and with a curtain between it and the hallway. Be prepared as there is no individual rooms to change.

The bathrooms needed a bit more care than they were getting. They weren't dirty, but they weren't spotless either. The toilet wouldn't flush in one, as the chain had broke on the inside. The lid was also not on the tank. The other bathroom was out of paper towels and I had to dry my hands off with tissues.

There were both men's and women's showers, although they were community, so like the locker rooms, don't expect privacy. The lemongrass shampoo in the showers smelled really nice.

The facility also had an outside lounge area to cool off, but it is about 40 feet from the highway, so it was a bit noisy.

It was a busy day when I went and there was no parking, but the owner was nice and let me park in a non parking space next to the dumpster. The hallway, while not crowded, is high traffic as it serves as access to everything, and it was a busy day.

The Staff:
The staff were friendly, accommodating, and patient and gave you a tour of the facility before letting you go. While there is many services to choose from, they didn't try to sell you anything extra, so you weren't pressured to buy anything.

Always come here when I m in town. The vapor caves are a experience everyone should try at least once. The only feedback I would give is the massage rooms should have a door and be more closed off, because the massage therapist next door was being super loud and so was the guest so it was kind of hard to rest and zen out. Love the solarium it s the perfect place to read a book and zen. Also recommend the mineral baths it s a private treat. All in all I recommend this spa

My husband and I LOVE this place but I'll tell you right now that you'll either love it or hate it. We think the spa is great, although it's pricey, probably just because we aren't in the habit of spending at a spa so it seems like it to us. We usually do the monthly special for our anniversary when we go to Glenwood. It generally includes a soak in a couples (if you're a couple, tell them it's your anniversary if it is) tub with hot mineral water heated by the hot springs and a bowl of ice with a cloth and orange essential oil in it. Then you get a thermal wrap where they slather your body with something that detoxifies you (it's different for each special) and they wrap you up in plastic and thermal blankets and you lay back and relax while your body detoxes. Then you have a shower to wash off the mixture, couples are led into a double headed shower room. Then you have a massage. The vapor caves, atrium with lounge chairs, and spa water are included with any spa treatments or you can pay for them separately and it was only $15 last time we were there. The caves were discovered by the Native Americans many years before the area was settled and there's information on the website about prices and history of the caves. I will tell you that the caves are dimly lit, there are several smaller rooms, it smells like sulfur, and are so hot they only recommend that you do 10 minutes at a time with rests in the atrium or small enclosed patio outside in between. You can also come back as many times during the day as you would like. I know many people consider the caves "gross" but it's a steaming hot sulfurous cave with a flow of water and sweaty people hanging out in their swim suits so... yeah. If that doesn't sound like a good time to you I'd skip it or just do the spa.

This place is unique. My girlfriend and I visited from Philadelphia not for the spa services but for a traditional Ute Indian sweat ceremony in the caves held by Kenny Frost. Frost has been holding these ceremonies for almost 3 decades as he continues the Ute Indian traditions. I came to learn that he has been banned from the caves over a botched event at the hotel. Im sure that there are many sides to the story but there has to be some way to allow a deserving Native American to continue this tradition. Based upon the climate of the country the optics suck! I believe the owners of Yamoah have a historical, anthropological, cultural and MORAL obligation to make this right! This is the right thing to do based upon the ugly and embarrassing treatment of natives over the history of our country. Please make this right

We really enjoyed the caves and private baths. Very soothing and relaxing. But my massage was beyond horrible. I had an elderly man who was unable to provide and pressure, and I left that massage feeling Frustrated and worse than before. $57 for 25 minutes of a massage that made things worse. My husband enjoyed his.

The owner did reach out to me and said she would send me something to make up for my experience. Unfortunately what she sent me was a gift certificate that expired in a year. We are 3 hours away from this place and getting back that quickly was not possible due to work and kids and especially the fact that I was pregnant and within a year I had a newborn baby. Going back within a year was impossible so the certificate was useless.

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon after a long drive. I had no appointments or even an idea what they offered having never been here before. Shannon gave me the best massage- she has great energy and really got into my damaged shoulder (good thing). I added a 30 min soak in one of the private mineral springs soaking tubs and it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain the many services they offer. Everything comes with a pass for the vapor caves but I felt so good I didn't even bother. I am definitely going to be back here many times. It's a haven during a long trip and you don't have to deal with the crowds and screaming children at the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool which is right next door but you would never know it.

The vapor caves were an interesting and experience to say the least. My girlfriend and I were in town enjoying the restaurants and sights and decided to try the vapor springs. So we checked it out. The caves are what you would expect. Dark hot and creepy as heck. Once we had enough of the steamy broccoli dungeon we got the showers. Once in the shower I discovered the most troubling sight. In the water channel was a massive turd. Someone apparently was so relaxed that that they thought it a good idea to relieve themselves in the shower. Absolutely disgusting. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone I know.

The caves were very hot, humid, and wonderful. They're darker than the pictures show but I think that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. In the caves they have multiple rooms and there's a hose with cool water that was immensely appreciated. The solarium didn't have many lounge chairs but there wasn't a lot people while I was there. I was very thankful for the showers too!

Very relaxing historical spa that allows you a chance to experience a unique visit to a natural hot steam cave with natural spring water. They have everything, we just wore our swimsuits and they gave us towels , water, and provided a locker. After you find the cave area you want to sit, you just relax and in about 12.minutes you can go to a cooler room to cool down. Then repeat as many times as you want. Very very relaxing.

The vapor caves are a favorite stop for us. Book a massage and the caves are free. Check out their seasonal special packages. We went near Christmas and had no problem getting 5 massages and the same time. They also offer full spa services and mineral baths. Be sure to bring quarters for the lockers and be warned the rooms are tiny. If you go early parking is not a problem. Be warned the street dead ends just after the building. Bring a water bottle to take down in the caves with you. You will be detoxing so you will want more water than normal. Take breaks in the solarium fill up your water bottler and head back down and enjoy.

As always, I love this place. I do not understand why anyone has a problem with this spa. it is not swanky, so don't expect that. It is a historical building, so expect old. If you want a good massage, the vapor cave experience, or just plain ol relaxation, this is the place. You get more bang for your buck because you are not paying for a building. It's as simple as that. I love Brandi for a massage. My friend like Zoe. Cassandra gives a variety of treatments and I highly recommend her. I come about twice a year and would come more if time and money allowed. This is my favorite place to relax. I brought friends this time and they agree. Yampah is a wonderful place to lose yourself.
And FYI, I've been to spas all over the states. This is still my favorite. I recommend the train ride from Denver. It's beautiful. Get off and walk across the bridge, hang a right and go to the very end (two blocks) You are there. The best spot for relaxing. Then, have a meal at the 19th St Diner down Grand Avenue. Stay at the Hotel Colorado, and you step back in time all the way around. You won't be sorry, unless you are an uppity sort of person.

I am a native of Colorado and grew up in Glenwood Springs. I consider Glenwood my home town. I have attended the vapor caves at various times throughout my life. The news that the "owners" of the caves have banished a Ute Spiritual Leader, Kenny Frost, who is a part of Glenwood's culture is astounding and disgusting. The reason for the banishment as stated to KDNK by Frost is the failure of Ute dancers to appear for the 125th Birthday Celebration. The dancers were unable to appear, again according to Frost, because the father of the troop had suffered a heart attack. The owners of the caves have not responded to requests for comment. Until this banishment is lifted, please avoid the Vapor Caves until they correct this disgusting injustice. If interested, the story can be found on kdnk's website.

I called them and they said it was for 1hr then after we had to wait in line cause they are slow service. They come in after 39min and say we need to go. This place isn't worth going to. They treat their clients like cattle and just want to move you in and then collect your cash

Massage was awful! My GF and I booked a couples massage and both agreed afterward that this was the worse massage we've ever had! Both masseuse were overly aggressive to the point that it was not enjoyable . We recommend the caves and skipping the massages.

We spent this last weekend in Glenwood Springs for our anniversary. My husband surprised me with a massage and mud wrap. Nataliah did my mud wrap and she was awesome! She was very friendly and professional. Rose gave both my husband and I a 50 min massage. She was terrific! I had pain and knots in my neck and shoulders and she totally fixed me. All the staff was helpful and friendly.

Our "45" minute salt scrub was 15 minutes. Not only was the therapist 10 minutes late, we were told the shower after the scrub was part of the experience. Not to mention they wanted a gratuity before the treatment.
Changing rooms were the size of a small closet, bathrooms down the hall and quarters were needed for the lockers.
Just a waste.

I came here over Christmas time and personally had an excellent experience with my massage therapist. She was wonderful! Another family member of mine had not. He had a masseuse that spoke of all her hardships throughout the session and it was inappropriate and uncomfortable for him. The manager took care of the issue very promptly and refunded his massage. One tip, I'd recommend is to remember to bring a swimsuit and flip-flops for the caves! We forgot, but could have come back later in the day to use it, which was nice!

This place was wonderful until I had an allergic reaction to the mud wrap. The caves, mineral baths and massages were great. I asked prior if the mud wrap was ok for sensitive skin - they said yes. I had hives for a week. I called about ingredients and never got a call back with a list.

The environment was relaxing and the staff were friendly, however my massage experience was a different. Me and my fiance had a couple's massage. The therapist did fast incomplete massage strokes and failed to massage the full length of all muscles, which takes the benefits of the body work significantly down. While massaging my back the therapist hit my lumbar vertebrae and started applying more pressure which caused a burning painful sensation. At this point the second massage therapist asked if I'd like to switch therapists. After the switched you could here the Male massage therapist huffed and puff , while he was finishing my fiances massage he started breathing loud and uncontrollably with gurgling sounds and it really ruined the experience.

Oh my goodness this place is so so cool! The caves were such a unique experience and the massage I received from Fish was the best I've had in a long long time! I spent half a day here and it was the best way to spend my day!

My wife and i stopped here on our mini-honeymoon to experience the vapor caves, as i had heard it was life-changing from one of my friends. the caves themselves were pretty awesome, though the facility just felt really dirty. we ended up doing the bath/cave combo and the bath room had a Jacuzzi type tub but no jets for some reason (would have been way better with jets, as the "relaxing bath" was fairly boring). the caves were great though and i felt great when i left. i would recommend checking this place out.
