After serious problems with retailer (who I shall not mention), I had to turn to Yamaha directly.
I can only say that so far their customer care has been fantastic. They know how to listen and their technical staff get what engineering actually is. It's called problem solving.

Purchased a Yamaha Keyboard some time back, it recently developed a fault in that the screen went. I rang Yamaha with low expectations as the product was now out of warranty, I feared the worst in truth.
I spoke with their service manager, chap called Tim whom I found to be very polite, exceedingly helpful and professional. Tim did what you would expect a valuable employee to do in that he worked hard to put the smile back on the customers face.
I was sorted out to my total satisfaction. Thank you Tim, thank you Yamaha UK, I m most grateful. This experience puts Yamaha products at the very top of my list when considering future music equipment related purchases.

After three months developed a fault sent back to agent where I bought it less than two months later same fault ,last time it had to have a complete new master board ,I ve always loved Yamaha products but now I m really get5ing disenchanted I ll have to wait and see what they do this time.All I ve done is turn on the keyboard play a few songs then turn the keyboard off and put covers back on it .
