Purchased a Yamaha Keyboard some time back, it recently developed a fault in that the screen went. I rang Yamaha with low expectations as the product was now out of warranty, I feared the worst in truth.

I spoke with their service manager, chap called Tim whom I found to be very polite, exceedingly helpful and professional. Tim did what you would expect a valuable employee to do in that he worked hard to put the smile back on the customers face.

I was sorted out to my total satisfaction. Thank you Tim, thank you Yamaha UK, I m most grateful. This experience puts Yamaha products at the very top of my list when considering future music equipment related purchases.
