They did so many mistakes with my mom who just passed from Covid. She was not in good hands there and just because she was 66 they did the bare minimum for her. They were not on it on the X-rays and caught a leaking hole of the lung too late. I truly believe if I had taken her to another hospital she would ve still been here. Beware of this hospital.
I went to the ER in May! I have been trying to pay them! I have left numerous DETAIL messages! No call back! Ambulance and ER service was GREAT ! Admissions office is GARBAGE! I would be ashamed to say I worked there!
I'm just going to let them send it to collections! Then I will call and pay it off!
I had my daughter there in 2017 I moved from California a few days before my scheduled induction and I am so glad I did! It was an amazing experience the staff, nurses and doctors were all amazing and they were all so knowledgeable and helpful!
Well where to start July 9 I was dropped by the ambulance, then while at the place I ended up with "other problems" I don't have at home. But here's the best part except my phone they lost all my clothes and didn't even compensate me for their mistake.

My husband and i are over the road truck drivers, went to Memorial Hospital yesterday because I ran out of my 2 medications anxiety and seizures medication. Had to wait for a few hours but seen Dr.Turner as soon as I was called and he was super friendly down to earth and easy to talk to and very understanding. He refilled my meds until I get back home with no problem. All of the staff was super friendly as well. I would recommend this ER to anyone that has an emergency in the area. It first I was hesitant because I seen slot of people wasn't happy with there experience for some reason, but I very glad I looked past that. Great experience.
They took good care of me after my heart attack.only problem i had with this place is ya didn't get enough food. I was always hungry. Good people though.specially a male nurse named Julian.
I hate to give a poor review based on one employee but when compassion was needed the triage nurse fell sadly short. She chose judgement, lectures and fear over compassion. My parents are in their 80s and deserve much better treatment. This broke my heart. In fairness, the rest of the staff was professional and kind.
A huge disappointment to the community and the patients being treated in the ER. I have had to take my wife there multiple times in the last few months as she s had complications with pregnancy and are there between 5-8 hours. Today though we were there and I witnessed a patient having a seizure and nurses in the hall walking by and no one noticed or cared to check on him. I also heard a security guard who was outside the room and a nurse talking in front of the patient about how they hate there jobs and how Human Resources doesn t care about them. It s sad seeing the employees not care and the lack of care towards there patients. There is no doubt people are dying because of how this hospital is run.
I had a baby here almost 10 months ago and let s just say I am traumatized and NEVER want to go back ... I was only 17 scared and having my first ever baby , I got treated horribly, they sent me home with and infection after I had a emergency c section & I had to go back 3 times after my 5 day discharge.. I did meet some very nice doctors don t get me wrong but my overall experience was horrible and I honestly wanna do something about it
Been trying to schedule an MRI. Have the referral. Always get an answering machine. I leave a detailed message and they don't call back. Poor customer service. Hope I never need life saving services from them.
