Very poor customer service. The change the price when we arrive at hotel. A.c was turned off when a child was in room

Very dirty hotel. Don't even think to live with family. And if you are alone and want to remain dirty Go Ahead with this hotel. The staff is not welcoming at all

Its ok nothing special and not bad.the beds are comfortable an air con in every room.If you want luxury then this is not for you.Its a budget hotel just ok for a good nights sleep.rooms are priced at $45,000 rupees a night just so you know.avoid room 15 it definitely needs to be refurbished.The rest of the rooms are ok.

Worst experience ever!!
Hygienic condition is really poor. Rooms smell like rotten eggs.we stayed for 7 days and it was our mistake that we paid all dues in advance. Staff is extremely illiterate and irresponsible. Service is very slow and internet is really poor maybe the staff is using it for their personal use. Not suitable for families. I won't suggest anyone to stay here. And most important i complained many times on different issues but that means nothing to the staff. They don't care if guest is complaining about anything. They just smoke cigarettes and watch tv in full volume even once they were watching tv at 3:00 am. My daughter got fever after being washed by cold water daily. Worst experience ever i must say!!

Worst Wi-Fi, Room telephone not working, TV was not clear, Room Service was worst n there was no Hot Water for bathing

Location is very good also looks very good but as I never stayed there so have no idea about their services.

The Hotel is good but I didn't got any blanket as it was to cold but still it was really a good stay at British hotel enjoyed a lot.. One thing more the hotel room was big enough so that i was able to walk here and there and make important calls before go to bed.. The thing i will recommend just make sure that you guys provide us with a proper blanked next time!!!

Low maintenance, u have to ask for towel, soap sleepers etc. Small rooms, Water leakages in the washroom., no clean bed sheets, do not even changed regularly. Seems owner do not check each & every room to screw the cleaning staff.

British hotel is very good .You get a good room at a very reasonable price. The staff is also very coprative.

Very very poor hotel. No water. And when there is water is cold, no wifi in rooms only at reception, which staff are constantly using for Personal use, washroom smell really bad like sewage, we were staying for 5 nights and had 4 rooms booked, we paid a deposit and were getting harassed by staff for money constantly, but I have stayed in many hotels in Lahore. And I pay the remaining balance when you check out, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO STAY AWAY, very poor hotel, better hotels available in Lahore

The British Hotel Johar Town is a simple clean hotel. I felt safe and the staff were very attentive to all my needs. It s situated in a busy area close to local and international food shops Subway/McDonald s with Standard Charter bank opposite so I could easily get cash from my British account. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a local taste of Lahore. Personally I would have liked more hot water but I am used to that from London UK but in the hot weather you don t need hot water often, and I m used to shiney chrome taps but cilit bang and Cut are not big over here. Great local hotel from a Londoner. free internet which has to be a plus

Filthy room and bathroom. No proper bedding and the linen was filthy anyway and wasnt warm at all. There was no heating or hot water either so the stay was terrible and very cold.
