From start to finish, every staff person I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was very happy with the training program. The instructor was wonderful- full of energy and she gave such personalized feedback to each student. The online training was great as well. Definately worth it!

I was really looking forward to taking this class since I ve read such great reviews about this company. Unfortunately, I wasn t able to take the class because I did not have the proper background qualifications I needed to take the class. I wasn t aware you needed any type of background in order to take a lash class but I had already signed up. After already paying in full, they told me that I would have to pay a $250 fee to cancel, even though I wasn t able to take the class. I was told this 3 days before my class was supposed to happen and they told me that if I had called just a day later they would not have been able to refund a dime of my money ($1,995). I did not receive any services or product from this company, yet I m left paying $250. There really should be some type of leniency, especially with a world wide pandemic going on. Wish I had a better experience. All I have to say is make sure you read the policies before signing up for Xtreme lashes.
This class was so informative & organized. The instructor, Sharon, was so patient & calm. She explained everything in detail. I was surprised that with 8-9 students she was able to accommodate all of us without any of us having to wait if we had a question during the hands-on portion. She explained the business part so we could feel confident going out on our own & how to make money doing so. I couldn t believe all of the supplies that were included!
I really enjoyed my certification training! My trainer Stacy was awesome. She was very patient and had great tips for every situation. I m so in love with the Xtreme Lash Brand! I ve met 3 of the trainers and they are all bomb. Iggy initially trained me, then I volunteered as a model in Tamasha s class, and to certify with Stacy has been an awesome experience. Not to mention my success manager Ms. Lauren! Very inspirational company! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking into taking a lash extension class.
