I was really looking forward to taking this class ...

I was really looking forward to taking this class since I ve read such great reviews about this company. Unfortunately, I wasn t able to take the class because I did not have the proper background qualifications I needed to take the class. I wasn t aware you needed any type of background in order to take a lash class but I had already signed up. After already paying in full, they told me that I would have to pay a $250 fee to cancel, even though I wasn t able to take the class. I was told this 3 days before my class was supposed to happen and they told me that if I had called just a day later they would not have been able to refund a dime of my money ($1,995). I did not receive any services or product from this company, yet I m left paying $250. There really should be some type of leniency, especially with a world wide pandemic going on. Wish I had a better experience. All I have to say is make sure you read the policies before signing up for Xtreme lashes.
