Horrible customer service and product. Will never use this company again. Business cards are printed in ink that is faded and look amateur and cheap.

Not impressed with quality of cards and customer service. Changed to another company with initials VP and much happier. Would not recommend for printing or doing business with.

Ordered business cards. Disappointed. Font color is very light and two logos I picked to be added are very small and can barely be seen. Will not be using them again.

DON'T TRUST THEM!
I placed an order for an item. I placed it far enough in advance of an event that I thought it would be delivered in plenty of time before the event. Well that was not the case - it arrived late. Numerous days after placing my order I get a phone call from them telling me that my item was on backorder. So I asked them why it took them so long to finally let me know that it was backordered. All the lady told me was that they were out of stock and they were waiting for their supplier to get more of them. In my head I am thinking"why did you let them run completely out of stock, and why are you blaming your supplier for the problem?" She said it should be available soon and ship out to me within the next day or so. Well it was still several more days before it finally shipped - I finally emailed again to find out where my order was. When it did finally ship I got an email that said "Your order is complete. Your order was fulfilled on 09/14/18. Estimated Delivery Date Between Sept 10 and September 12th. Notice that the delivery date is PRIOR to my fulfillment date....
I told them that their company could learn a few things from Amazon. I am not sure I will use them again, especially if I need to have an item arrive by a certain date or sooner. Additionally I was told my shipping would get credited because of this problem - this has not happened. BUYER BEWARE....

Wish I could enter ZERO stars. So nice to endlessly upload address lists formatted the way xpressdocs requires, only to have most of the addresses still fail. Even more fun to ask for help from their untrained staff who provide NO HELP WHATSOEVER, contradict each other, refuse to transfer requests to speak with management, etc. I feel free now that I'm using other BETTER, CHEAPER mailing services.
