My interview with Stephanie Mackey was actually a fun and relaxing experience.

I believe they are proactive, at least with me they are; and I believe they are with others too.

Have always answered all of my questions to my satisfaction; no matter how many times I called.

Telephoned me to remind me that my time sheet(s) had not been received by the due date, and this courtesy ensured my direct deposit arrived as scheduled.

I like my job assignment, and I consider it a privilege!

Resume farm.
They don't look for jobs with candidates, they wait for jobs to fall into their job bank and mass email low to highly qualified candidates in their resume database while also trolling job boards.
Better off skipping the middle man and applying directly to companies.

How dare you go under people reviews that said Stephanie the owner daughter of this company is rude and. Say wrong company but the ones that said you was nice it wasn't the wrong place . Come on before I did this review I did my homework you have two names under here and both places has bad reviews. NOT ONLY ARE YOU RUDE YOU LIE AS WELL SGAME ON YOU WHEN YOU GO TO GOOGLE AND TYPE IN XL OR EXCELL BOTH ARE SECURITY COMPANY YOUR SECURITY GUARD ADRIAN TOLD ME THAT ITS TWO UP ON GOOGLE SO BEFIRE YOU LIE MAKE SURE YOU TELL YOUR STAFF. ANYONE THAT CAN READ CAN CLEARLY SEE ITS THE SAME STEPHANIE YOUR NAME IS IN BOTH PLACES BUT THE GOID REVIEWS YOU DIDNT TELL THEM WRONG PLACE. CUT IT YOU RUDE YOUR STAFF IS A PIECE OF TRASH RACIST PEOPLE . ALL OF THE REVIEWS THAT ARE GOID HAS TO BE YOUR FRIENDS HAS TO BE . I WOULD NOT HIRE YOUR STAFF TO GUARD A PARK CAR . HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE STAFF . DISRESPECTFUL IF I COULD GO ON THE NEWS AND TALK ABOUT YOUR COMPANY FOR 3 HOURS ON HOW HORRIBLE YOUR COMPANY IS I WOULD.

Have been able to keep me busy with staffing jobs and the staff is friendly. They work with you as long as you work with them, great atmosphere.

XL Staffing doesn't look after you or get any meaningful work for you.Just random work from time to time.I got under paid and they did nothing to help me.

This security Staffing is unprofessional disrespectful to the fullest I would not recommend this company to staff any events if you do be aware of unhappy customers you have been warned I hate that I had to give a star just to give a review bcuz the way my brother was treated bcuz of his disability was BS I will take this to the next level just so this will never happen again to anyone that come in contact with these ppl.

These ladies are amazing was able to come in and get me a part time job the receptionist is super nice understandable and friendly she is super amazing the coordinator that interviewed me is super helpful and willing to work with me i am so grateful and appreciated i came in and re applied

These people dont do anything for the people that they staff. Maybe if you stroke their ego you might be able to get a good job. I worked on the site tried to call the company they were not open there was nobody on site for the job they sent me. Spent about 3 hours on site then left. Even though I had already talked to workers on site about where my company is or what they're going to be doing, I was told that we were supposed to meet in a new site but late and at a different location. XL told me it would basically my fault and when the company that they signed or contract me too lied they did nothing in my defense.

Good information promising and hopeful staff was very knowledgeable

First if all Stephanie Mackey your a rude inconsiderate B****. How dare you tell someone to stop calling after someone is trying to retrieve their items One of your NON professional security guards took illegally! The fact that your company is still in business with ur racists staff members is beyind me! Maybe I should file a complaint with the BBB because the service you and your staff provide is unacceptable!
