These people dont do anything for the people that they staff. Maybe if you stroke their ego you might be able to get a good job. I worked on the site tried to call the company they were not open there was nobody on site for the job they sent me. Spent about 3 hours on site then left. Even though I had already talked to workers on site about where my company is or what they're going to be doing, I was told that we were supposed to meet in a new site but late and at a different location. XL told me it would basically my fault and when the company that they signed or contract me too lied they did nothing in my defense.
