Yoigo is without a doubt the worst telecommunications company. I've had others and never as many breakdowns as this one. Then you call them and they don't take your phone with a loud jazz locution to give up on the call and hang up. Shame. When I can, I change to another more serious company. They are not formal.

Painful customer service. The employees who have attending do not know how to solve problems and the client is injured. If I could I would put zero stars.
Lovely girls, especially Samara. I knew her when she took me from Yoigo. Now I have taken my father to do tb of Yoigo and casually he is still there. Samara: my father (91 years old) came out delighted.

The girls who serve are very friendly. But there are very poor organization. The negotiations are very long and you have one person attending makes us three quarters of an hour waiting.
