I sent my cell phone for a repair, since it restarted me every so often, and it took a week for them to send it back to me, when I turn it on, I was surprised that it remains the same and in the report it says that supposedly has made a change of electronics, when I think they only made a battery change because that is not what I sent. I had to send the phone again and now I have to eat again the time it takes to repair it and all this if they manage to repair the phone, they need it urgently for work reasons.

I sent my cell phone on July 10/11 and today (July 29) I don't have it at home yet. Last Friday (July 22) they told me that it was fixed and that there was only one payment left. Pay and confirm that they had received the payment. I do nothing more than get in touch with LG during this week because nobody tells me when the mobile will arrive. Those who attend me say they are making claims for technical service but they do not answer.
I do not demand that they repair a cell phone in three days, but if I pay more than 100 euros for the repair of which 9.5 are transport, then more than that they bring it to me on time and I don't have to wait two weeks. .

First of all, my phone started to fail (it didn't turn on) after 1 year of use. Logically, I sent the phone to be repaired and I arrived with a change of the "Slimport LGG4" component (if you can explain to me what LOL would appreciate). Anyway, within minutes of setting up the phone, I turned off and started the bootloop.
Pissed off, I processed the repair again, a shame by the way, and in a week I received the terminal with the plate changed.
If I give 4 stars and not 1 it is because the final result is perfect.
EVEN, since being 21 DAYS WITHOUT MOBILE is horrible, you could have replaced the cell phone as a sign that you are interested in customers.
But well, the REPAIR is correct, although I would have preferred to replace the terminal to the first and not be 21 days dizzy partridge.

Terrible, I sent an LG G4, in its original box and with its battery (as requested), and I arrived in a deplorable cardboard box, poorly protected, without battery, they said they would send me the battery, I'm still waiting and it took more than 1 Month without phone. I called yesterday to ask about the battery and I was attended by a rude and aggressive girl, who finally left me with the doubt of whether or not to send it, I feel robbed and scammed. If they deal with the LG guarantee, they demand another technical service, and if they already go if they are looking for a better one, at least they have friendly employees and do not like to keep the other's.
