Good work culture.. Work pressure is there like everywhere else.. but yes it's still going great..

Very nice place for learn and grow your career in animation industry

This place is certainly not for the faint of hearts & crybabies.. first & foremost it's an Indian Animation Studio with probably the best lineup of international clients.. we have been working in top class projects which are telecasted throughout the world in prime networks like Nickelodeon, CW, etc. The work pressure is always there as so many projects are going at a time simultaneously.. long work hours, bad food are indeed some of the bothersome things... I have been lucky enough to work under few super cool leads in my dept. and equally interesting bunch of colleagues.. the issues regarding the work environment & management all comes down to each individuals personal experiences.. I haven't had to face any tenacious behaviour from my peers or seniors so I won't complain.. it has actually been a fun place to work at.. & certainly a lot of freedom that I haven't seen in other studious.. most of the people here are chill..

I'd say this is a great place for starting your career.. if you have talent and dedicated to your work you will get noticed & the perks will come.. if you manage to see through the early day turmoils & survive here in Xentrix Studios you can survive anywhere.. rest would seem like cake walk..

This is my office, where I work as a 3D pipeline developer... Everything is good about the office except few things which I don't like at all..like can't take bags, tablets, laptops, etc inside the office.. the canteen is outside the office even tea & coffee is limited..the smokin zone is 9 floors down at the ground.. haven't seen any arrangements of relaxation or stress relief for employees.. so far..!!

Its good i was miss this lastweek Interviwe but i am dispoint i will try agine and oneday i am also xentrix employe.

Pros:
1) International projects

2) Few good people

Cons:

1) Long Working hours ( I'm not kidding. I have seen people work for literally 20hours+ without any breaks).

2) Lack of communication between employees and management.

3) Disorganized Production Pipeline

4) Career growth is stagnant

5)No Work Life Balance sadly
