I recently went on a vacation and booked my tour through xcesstours.ro. Overall, my experience with the company was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information I needed to make my booking. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, the responses were not very helpful or informative. The tour itself was decent, but I felt like it could have been better. The guide was knowledgeable, but lacking in enthusiasm, which made the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, some of the attractions listed on the itinerary were not included in the actual tour. Overall, I would say my experience with xcesstours.ro was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivering what is promised.
