Very professional and responsive to any maintenance requests. Nick Wyma was always very helpful to us when we lived in one of his properties.

Nick is extremely helpful, understanding and kind. He is willing to work with you as a tenant if you need any type of assistance. He has been the easiest property manager to work with out of any that I have had in the past. The apartments are nice quality for an affordable price. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Overall, I had a good experience living at Hamilton Park Apartments. Very responsive to maintenance request. Also, very simple/easy way to pay my monthly rent. I had no issues while living in the apartment.

I lived at Hamilton Park Apartments for 5 years and I loved every minute of it! The staff was fantastic and always friendly, if something needed to be fixed or I had a question both the office staff and maintenance were very quick to get back to me. The grounds were always kept up nicely and the place was always quiet, which is a huge plus. The only reason I left was because I decided it was time to get a house, if I ever needed to move back into an apartment complex theirs would be it!

It can be scary looking for a apartment to live in, you never know how a property management company is going to treat their residents until you are all moved in. Wyma Properties is just wonderful, I would recommend anyone in search of renting an apartment or house to give them a call!

Wonderful apartments. Most of, if not all of them are newly renovated. Lived here for a year and the only complaint I had is that maintenance seems to do patch jobs instead of really making sure everything is fixed properly. However, they always responded promptly and they do have many properties so I know they re very busy.

We rented with Wyma properties and had an overall great experience. The property was clean and well maintained. We had a couple minor and normal maintenance requests that were handled quickly and professionally.

This is a great place to live and very safe. The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with, their staff is respectful. I lived here for 8 yrs and had only one emergency maintenance repair, and it was fixed quickly. I highly recommend living here.

I lived at a Wyma property for about a year and a half and only had pleasant dealings with the management company. The company is small enough you can get the owner on the phone any time you need. As far as maintenance goes, they are just as great. I had very few issues, but when I did...they were solved either the same day or the day after. If you find yourself considering a Wyma property, do not hesitate. This is NOT a large conglomerate company where you can never get any help. Nick and his team are wonderful.
